This condo is exactly as advertised. The location to the beach, restaurants and other amenities were perfect. The pool and grounds were very well maintained and the condo was very clean. Property manager and staff were very friendly, informative and accommodating. Our only suggestion to the owner would be that a water cooler/dispenser or counter-top bottle holder would be convenient instead of carrying jugs of drinking water from the store every other day.Did you find this review helpful? We really enjoyed are stay in this property. It was close to everything, beach, groceries, restaurants etc. We walked everywhere but the bus was also easy to use for longer trips. The property was well laid out with a very adequate kitchen. The balcony is quite large and was our favorite place to relax. Security was excellent and never gave us any concerns. Our only complaints were mosquitos getting past gaps in the edges of the window screens, living room furniture was not very comfortable but adequate, and construction noise from adjacent property. We would definately stay at this property again.Owner response: Thank you for your review Charles. Great to hear you had a great time. We will address the window screens issue to make it harder for the mosquitoes to get in. The construction next door is almost complete so that will not be an issue for much longer. Thanks again! My wife and I had five relaxing days in Punta Cana. The 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in was comfortable, well equipped. It was located in a quiet development with a very nice pool. The beach was between five to seven minutes walking. That was very convenient to get there before and after lunch and also to avoid noon sun. Everything was at a walking distance, for instance, the supermarket, a coffee shop and several restaurants were within a ten minutes radius. Ellen and Scott were very helpful from the start. We'll definitely recommend this apartment to our friends when visiting Punta Cana.Owner response: Robert, Thank you for your great review.
