  My family and I stayed in this home just this past week. From the internet, it appears to be an absolute steal and ideal vacation home for a large family and if you have stayed in this home before you may think it was great. I say if that is how you feel, good for you! My family and I have discerning taste and many of the things that I am about to mention may not even be an issue for other families. To begin, a home which advertises that it sleeps 18 should be better designed for access to bathrooms. One of the two bathrooms are in the upstairs master bedroom, resulting most of the visitors attempting to share the one downstairs bathroom. The upstairs loft area which I believe is referred to as a bedroom is the least private and loudest area of the house. It is not an ideal sleeping area for any person who is a sensitive sleeper or for any person requiring privacy. The kitchen is very small with the minimal quantity and quality of supplies needed to cook and serve a family meal. The lighting throughtout was poor and many light bulbs had burnt out without having any light bulbs to replace them. The stove smoked horribly from lack of cleaning prior to our stay and when the heater would turn on, you would hear a strange hum and vibration if you were in the living room area. The home had 3 TV's of which only one worked. The wood burning stove in the living room was broken and the fireplace in the great room had an awful insert which fits wood no bigger than a can of spray paint. The sheets were cheap, the towels were few and the house was honestly dingy. I could certainly see that it was probably really great in its day but it now looks more like something that is meagerly kept. A little more concern for quality and consideration for function I would say this home could be so much better even for the price.

  We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations at Vacasa Rentals. We had enough rooms/beds to fit our yearly friend reunion. The surrounding areas were quiet and beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with the proper cooking utensils and plates. We highly recommend this space for large family gatherings! And very affordable!!!!

  Very clean and comfortable. For two families the price is about the same as that of hotel rooms but with the advantage of considerably more space so we were not tripping over each other. The bus service from the front door of the house to the slopes was first class. Longest wait was 3 minutes in the 4 days we spent an Northstar. Only small inconvenience was slow internet connection.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
