This beautiful, four-bedroom, two-bathroom villa enjoys an enviable, south-facing position overlooking a lake and offering the opportunity to take in the beautiful sunsets from your own private pool and spa.

The two separate living areas in addition to an open-planned kitchen/breakfast room offer ample room for eight people. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the second bathroom having direct access to the screened pool and spa area. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, two vanity units, an oval tub, large shower, and water closet in separate room. A guest bedroom is also furnished with a king-size bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom. Bedrooms two and three both have two twin beds.

The large formal living and dining rooms are separate from the more casual family room, which is furnished with a television, DVD/CD player, and X-box. Central to both living areas is a large kitchen which is extremely well equipped.

The villa has great access to all the amenities of the Gulf Coast and is under an hour from Tampa.

  • Wow! The instant you enter this house, gone are the airport hassles, the nine hour flight and the monotony of work. in a word - Palacial! (is that a word? - we know what we mean!). A gorgeous, clean and spacious house in a lovely area. There were days when we just didn't want to leave the house (you know... those days after Disney!). Our 3 boys loved the pool. Very safe and satifying to cool down in. Amazing views from the pool and patio. You're close to most things here. WalMart and local stores and malls, the cinema, the beaches and only an hour and a half to all the attractions. To tell the truth being away from the heart of Florida's attrractions was a godsend. Anyway, we're here to tell you about the house, not Floridas attractions. Very cosy, bedrooms nice a spacious (especially the master with the amazing en-suite). The living room is very comfortable with a very large TV. Look over your shoulder and see your other half making you a delicious cool drink from the kitchen counter. The dining room is lovely and posh, but we mostly ate on the patio by the pool. Oh, the house has a large double garage which leeps the car nice and cool for the next day too. What else can I say? Make your own minds up, but we felt as if we were in the lap of luxury for two weeks and didn't want to leave - but will return. Thanks

  • A home from home,this wonderfull house is an ideal base for exploring all that Florida has to offer with the privacy of your own home. The swimming pool & spa are those luxurys you look foward to going on holiday for. It was so much more than we expected especially for the price. Thank you very much for a fantastic holiday and I look foward to going again next year.
