This unit was fantastic. The pictures do not do it justice. It is central to everything you could want to see. It's about 3 minutes to Piestewa Peak (easy bike ride) and 8-10 minutes to Camelback Mountain. The facilities of Patio 71 are perfect. The gym is better than hotel gyms, the pool is terrific and the hot tub is perfect for night time. Even though the complex is right off of the highway, we never heard any highway traffic. The complex was quiet, secure, and comfortable. The unit itself is beautiful and chic. Everything is brand new. The beds are comfortable as are the couches. The shades go up rather than down so they can be open to allow a breeze in while still maintaining privacy. The owner was very easy to work with and made sure our stay was a success. I'm not sure there is a better deal on VRBO for Phoenix, especially for spring training or even just sight seeing.Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful place for a month, just wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was new, or in excellent shape. This townhome has covered parking and is in a gated secure area with easy access to AZ 51 and centrally located to just about everywhere in the Phoenix metro area. I could not have been more pleased with this townhome. New big screen TV in the beautiful living room, and nice new flat screen in the master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and bath, nice front patio with comfortable chairs and a enclosed private back patio. Phoenix mountain preseve and hiking trails are close by, shopping, restaurants, movies, are just a mile away, perfect location. Beautiful property, swimming pool, hot tub, excercise equipment and community room, even the neighbors are friendly. I will definitely be inquiring about this property again, and I am sure you will be pleased with it also. Thanks for sharing your townhome with us.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
