Formosa Gardens Estates is gated community, adding piece of mind to you as safety is a concern. The community is less than 1 mile off of 192 (W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy). On 192, you will find anything and everything you might need during your stay, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping malls, gift shops, and restaurants.

This home includes a family room featuring a 60 inch DLP TV. Connected to the TV you’ll find digital cable, an Xbox 360 Elite, a music player, and a surround sound system. The sound system, with built in speakers in the walls, can be heard throughout the family room, kitchen, game room, master bedroom, and even outside by the pool, each area having its own volume control. How will you enjoy all of this entertainment comfortably? The family room includes theatre style reclining seating for seven.

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless-steel, upgraded appliances and Corian countertops, includes all cooking utensils. Right off of the kitchen you’ll find a formal dining room, a dinette for breakfast or more casual dining, as well as a countertop with bar stools.

The master bedroom suite features a king size bed, a baby’s crib, its own bathroom with a jetted tub, and an exit to the pool area. On the first floor you’ll also find a queen size bedroom, and another king size bedroom. On the second floor you’ll find the second master bedroom featuring a king size bed and its own bathroom, the “Mickey Room” with 2 twin size beds, and the “Princess Room” with 2 full size beds. Each bedroom is equipped with clock radios, televisions, and ceiling fans.

In the game room you’ll be able to enjoy a billiards table, an air hockey table, arcade basketball, a hot wheels table, as well as a flat screen TV; all things everyone in your party is sure to enjoy.

The computer area, located on the second floor, features a desktop computer with high speed internet as well as a printer, fax, scanner, copy machine. There is Wi-Fi throughout the home. You can also make unlimited phone calls within the US from the house phone.

The screened deck (60 feet by 30 feet), that backs onto conservation has upscale sling back chaise lounges provided for the sundeck along with table seating for 10 for al fresco dining under the shaded lanai. It also features a comfortable seating area to enjoy the TV overlooking the stunning custom pool (36 feet by 18 feet). This amazing pool was designed with a shallow water section, perimeter fiber optic lights, a hot tub with spillover waterfall, water fountain, as well as a sitting area and table inside the pool. The hot tub will be the perfect place to relax, watch your favorite TV shows, and take in the enjoyment that will become of your vacation.

This home also includes a wash room with a washer and dryer, an ironing table with an iron and cleaning utensils. A highchair and playpen are available upon request. And obviously, being a Florida home, central air conditioning is available throughout the home.

  • My family and I had the pleasure to stay in this home during the Easter Holiday 2006. When we walked in we were at awe the place was gorgeous, pictures doesn't do justice. I was so pleased when it was time to check out I didn't want to leave. The kids had a ball. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a vacation home.

  • Well we did come back! Still a fabulous villa. We have stayed at Ana’s Princess Dream villa before (see comments below)and always try and book her villa before going anywhere else! We stayed at both Perfect Hideaway and Princess Dream during May 2006 and we had a great time in both. What more can we say but -thank you for letting us stay again and hopefully we will call on you for our next visit to Florida.

  • What a villa! Staying here made a real difference to our holiday, everyone loved it! The villa is much bigger than it looks on the photos, the décor is beautiful and the beds are really comfy which helps after a hard day at the parks. We spent a lot of time around the pool, there was plenty of room with great furniture and the shallow area was great for the little one. A major plus point was being able to access the internet, we even sent photos back home to family via e-mail! It is only a couple of miles to Disney which is handy in fact it is that close you can see the fireworks. Everything in the villa is of exceptional standard even down to the kitchen utensils! The management company (Roger and Ann-marie) were really helpful, we couldn’t access the internet due to password restrictions, Roger came straight round (in the same hour) and sorted it out, what a service. The only thing which I would have liked at the villa was maybe a guestbook which past guest can put comments and recommendations in,, we have found them really useful in the past because as you know there are so many places to eat or get take aways we didn’t know where to start. Over the years we have stayed in quite a few villas but this is the first one where we have all agreed we would be happy to come back to. Thanks Ana.

  • We stayed in this villa for one and one-half weeks during the July 4th holiday period of 2004. The villa is beautifully decorated, very clean, and well equiped! The pool is fantastic! The best I ran across during my lengthly internet search for pool villas. My two teenagers wanted to spend all of their free time swimming. It was hard to get them to come in to go to bed at night. The villa owner is very nice and helpful. She returned our phone calls in a timely manner, and answered all of our questions politely, both before and during our vacation. This home is in the pool villa subdivision which is the closest to Walt Disney World; it's only 2-3 miles away. It never took us more than 10 minutes to reach any of the Disney World Parks, and our vacation was during one of the busiest weeks of the year for the amusement parks. This villa is the place to stay. When we return to the Orlando area, we will stay here again.

  • 'A Magical Vacation' is a perfect way to describe our trip to Florida this past April. When we walked into Ana's home we were so excited to see that it was even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was just perfect, the kids were so thrilled with their bedrooms, (which all had DVD players-Mickey and Minnie ones in 2 of the rooms)the pool and the game room. We enjoyed having dinner outside at night on the beautiful patio furniture, kids liked having the tv outside. This home is in a beautiful, peaceful location and still very close to all the attractions. It was the best vacation we ever had and we can't wait to go back! Thanks again Ana!

  • We visited this villa in May 2003 and were delighted when we walked through the front door. The photographs that we had seen did not truly tell us just how beautiful it would be. We had our whole family with us and all of us, from the youngest (age 3) to the oldest (age 65) couldn't believe how lucky we had been to stay there. We would definately stay there again and would recommend it to our friends.

  • My family and I rented Ana's home from September 27-October 6 2003. We were very nervous about renting a home over the Internet. My mom who "treated" us to this wonderful vacation had never even heard of such a thing, send a check to someone you have never met? She was beside her self! but we did it anyway! (just to let you know we booked the house late so we had to send the full payment!) What a wonderful surprise!! We arrived at Ana's home, and not only was it as beautiful as the pictures I swear it was even nicer. When we opened the door we were absolutely blown away!! My children ran from room to room calling us quick come see this room! They couldn't make up there minds which room to sleep in one night in the Mickey room with my sister one night in the princess room and as soon as my aunt left for home they stayed in the room she had with the canopy!! Absolutely gorgeous!! The pool and the hot tub were wonderful especially after a long day at the parks! I swear the kids swam till at least 1 am every night as we soaked our tired old bones in the hot tub! This by far was the best vacation we have had.. At the park one day I ran into a family who was staying at "one of the resorts" for more money then we had spent per night for a private home with a pool (this man and his family were in one room!) I would highly recommend any of Ana's rentals..Feel free to contact me if you would like anymore information! We had a wonderful experience and can't wait to go again next year!
