Overlooking some of the last sand dunes remaining on Prince Edward Island this private cottage is located 15 mins. outside Charlottetown on the North Shore just adjacent to the National Park entrance at Dalvay.
The endless beach is just a 2 min. walk from the cottage and includes white sand and warm water.
World famous Rodd's Crowbush Golf Resort is just 20 mins. away. Other golf courses are also within a 30 minute drive, Stanhope Golf Course being only 10 mins. away.
Built in 1992, your vacation home is located on 3.5 acres of land and has all the amenities, such as hardwood flooring, infloor heating, gas fireplace, washer, dryer, etc. There is ample room for parking an RV or camper.
There are three bedrooms upstairs, but the den can also be used as a sleeping area, with a pull out couch available. Two bathrooms are located on the main floor, one with tub and shower, the other with just shower. The main floor also includes a large eating area and a screened in deck which overlooks the sand dunes, suitable for enjoying your morning coffee or a delightful lobster dinner.
Cottage is available June through September. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the cottage and we ask you not to bring pets.

We fell in love with this beautiful north shore PEI property. It was the perfect vacation home for two families and had everything we needed for a great beach holiday. The view from the living room (and kitchen, and sun room) was truly stunning. The local beach is a short walk from the home, and the miles of gorgeous PEI National Park beaches are an easy stroll from there. The home itself is secluded and quite private, and only a short drive to Charlottetown. This home truly exceeded our expectations.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

This property was extremely charming, with many touches that made it feel like home. The views were spectacular and the beach was an easy walk away. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us to sleep comfortably. The care-taker was very helpful, he met us at the airport and led us to the cottage, then back to Charlottetown to show us good places to eat and where to get groceries. The only down side to the cottage was the general lack of cleanliness. The floors and bathrooms were full of hair and there was evidence of rodent activity in the house. We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
