The main bedroom has a queen bed (with new box spring/mattress) and the second bedroom has two twin beds (with new box springs/mattresses) for the kids or can be pushed together for another couple. Additional two sofa beds allows this unit to accommodate two families comfortably.
Located in close proximity to shopping, grocery store right across the street, water sports such as jet skiing, family activities like putt putt, a large variety of restaurants, nightlife or stay in and watch the sunset from your balcony and listen to the ocean.

Having stayed in many, many condos over the years, it is nice to find one that feels so comfortable and relaxing with soft earthtone decor and comfortable furniture. It is clear this owner uses the condo and want's it to be nice for them and their renters. With the convenience of a the location to bars, restaurants, shopping and of course the beach, you can't go wrong with this place. We took advantage of the suggestion to put the two twin beds together with king size sheets. It worked perfectly! The new matresses have good firm edges so you don't sink into the middle when you do this. If you are considering a visit to Ocean City and would rather a comfortable home (better than some though) instead of a thown together beachy hotel room, this is the place for you!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Took my family for a vacation in Ocean City. Was looking for nice homey beach condo. Got exactly what I wanted, the place is super clean and very, very nice. Could not ask for more. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay while at the beach and I will returning whenever I get the chance!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I have vacationed in this nicely decorated condo 3 times since it became available June, 2010. The accommodations are very comfortable, clean and spacious. What drew me to this beautiful condo is the location, the spectacular view of the ocean and is only 10 steps to the beach. It is very hard to leave this desirable vacation retreat.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great week here and have already booked our stay again for this year. We fell in love with the place as its situated right on the beach...it has nice decor and is extremely clean, which is very welcoming. Plenty within walking distance and the boardwalk is a short bus ride away. The owners are extremely friendly and easy to work with coordinating dates for our stay. We can't wait to stay again this year!
