This home is located within the ocean block and is just steps away from public access to the ocean. It truly offers the best of both worlds, a quiet street in Cherry Grove yet within walking distance to local restaurants, grocery store and memorable family walks at night for ice cream.
No need to worry about arriving at a specific time or location to pick-up keys. Keyless entry provides you access when you arrive and eliminates the need to worry about keys or being locked out during your stay.
This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a covered front porch and a screened porch off the rear of the home where you will want to have most of your family meals. Start your day with a cup of coffee or end the day by having dinner on the screened porch. There is a also a private outside shower with changing area.
Family room includes a 46 inch flat-screen and all bedrooms offer 32 inch flat-screens. Updated ceiling fans in all rooms make for a cool experience after a sunny day at the beach. Wireless internet is provided, and digital cable with DVR in the family room.
This home sleeps 10-12 with 2 queens, 3 full, and 2 twin beds. The master and bedroom one each include their own private bathroom and the third and fourth bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill style bathroom.
This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book and stay at this property. We do NOT rent to student groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Rates shown include rental amount, taxes, and departure cleaning. Pet friendly upon approval with a $100.00 non-refundable Pet Fee. We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three night minimum. Weekly rentals only during prime summer season. Yes, we take credit cards and can process them securely through VRBO. Paypal or cashier's checks are welcome also. We either require a credit card authorization form from you to secure for damages or a cash $200 refundable deposit.

I stayed at this home with my family for a long weekend. We found the home to be exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. We especially enjoyed the home being within walking distance to the beach, grocery store and a few restaurants. The location was quiet and offered all of the amenities promised in the advertisement. The owners were extremely accommodating and available to answer any questions.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We rented this home the week of Labor Day 2012. We had personal contact with the renting family beforehand and were excited to try VRBO for our vacation. We could not have been more pleased. The house was spacious, well equipped, and had lovely furniture. The walk to the beach was a few minutes, maximum. We left detergent and dishwasher tabs because you feel like part of a family rather than just tennants. The beach was not as crowded as it gets in more Southern stretches. We loved the outdoor shower to wash off before entering the house. A well stocked kitchen meant homecooked meals and more time with family (less time in crowded restaurants). A full sized washer/dryer meant we had no dirty laundry on the trip home. I cannot stress enough how friendly the homeowners are, or how lovely this house is. (Pictures do not do it justice!) This is where we want to stay next year!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway.

This place is perfect! Owners have thought of everything. Kitchen is fully equipped as well as each bedroom and bath. House is very clean and nice. Since it rained most days we were there, we really enjoyed the fully furnished screened in porch. Easy to use wireless internet access is a plus! Only about 1/2 city block from the beach. The house is perfect and owners were great to work with and communicate with. Our family wants to return here every year. The location is also convenient to grocery store and many other things. Nice quiet area of Cherry Grove. We took our dogs so they could enjoy the ocean too and this made it a true family vacation. Wish I could live there!!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, tourists without a car.

I stayed here for the month of March and could not have been more satisfied! The owners are great to work with and I hated to leave for home. This is by far the greatest area to stay in and even my dogs were allowed on the beach! People are very friendly and I felt safe wherever I went. This home is spacious and very clean. It is prettier than the pictures. All of us, including the dog enjoyed the screened in porch on the back of the house. Along with the comfortable porch furniture there is a table and chairs where we ate almost every meal. The home is located 1 block from the ocean and 1 block from town; yet, it is on a quiet street. Several times we walked to Boulineau's for its super salad and soup bar. Boulineau's also serves a very good cafeteria style breakfast and lunch. I would also recommend driving to 53rd street to walk the Nature Preserve which is along the marsh. Even though the weather wasn't the greatest, it was an awesome vacation and I hope to rent this same house again!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, tourists without a car.

Hi: The owners of this lovely property were so easy to work with and respond rapidly. Unfortunately, we were actually not able to rent the house the week we were looking for in the summer, because someone beat us to the deposit :-(. The owner was gracious enough to e-mail me back with an appology and future dates they currently do have available. In the future, we truly hope to come stay in the home. Again, I would highly recommend!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We have the ocean within 2 hours of our home in Delaware but have vacationed in North Myrtle Beach for the last 20 years because we absolutely love the beaches, restaurants, and quiet area of North Myrtle, specifically, Cherry Grove. We have made many great memories over the last 20 years and look forward to many more.
