You enter to the lower level where you will find an open floor plan which provides space for a large entertainment area, Foosball, WII entertainment system, game table, and two sleeper sofas. The perfect space all ages to enjoy!
The 2nd level features a large modern gourmet kitchen with sub zero refrigerator and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen, dining and living areas all overlook the beautiful beach and Gulf of Mexico. There are four spacious bedrooms on the 2nd level.
The master bedroom suite on the third floor offers over 1000 sq feet of luxury with an amazing view of the Gulf, large Jacuzzi, and separate seating/sleeping area with wet bar.

Additional information about rental rates
Guest shall pay confirmation rent equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total rental for the reservation period. Such confirmation rent must be received by Fickling within 10 calendar days of making the reservation or the reservation is subject to immediate cancellation. The balance of the total rental is due and shall be received by Fickling no later than thirty (30) days prior to Guest’s arrival.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Rental rates are subject to a 7% sales tax, plus a 2% Tourist Development Tax. All additional fees are subject to a 7% sales tax. $39 Damage Waiver will be added to all reservations. Taxes and surcharges are subject to change.

About the owner: My family enjoyed vacationing on St. George Island because of the uncrowded beaches and beautiful water.
Why the Owner Chose East End:
The East End of St. George Island has beautiful wide beaches and not many people! We're close to the bike path that connects the middle of the island to the state park and it's a great ride for kids or adults. The stars are brighter at the East End too!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love to rent kayaks and paddle out to see the dolphins up close. I'm not a big fisherman but some of my friends have caught trout, whiting and pompano right in front of the house. The kids love playing in the (heated) pool and making sandcastles during the day, then having Wii and foosball tournaments in the rec room after dark.
