Welcome to The Bougan Villa Beach House. Our house is located in Redington Beach between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. We have a beautiful pool with a heated spa in the tropical fenced-in backyard and the house is just a short stroll from the magnificent Redington beaches.

The main house consists of three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and master bath. Second bedroom has queen-size bed and TV and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV w/VCR. There is a hallway bath for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms to share. The attached studio apartment has one queen bed, a full bath, and a kitchenette (refrigerator, small range, and sink). It's perfect for couples or in-laws. The Living Room has queen-size sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, and digital cable.

After a relaxing day at the beach, come back and unwind on the lovely pavered patio and take a quick swim before preparing dinner on the BBQ or taking a short drive to many great restaurants. Spend your evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets at the beach or just relax in the heated spa. The backyard is fenced for your privacy and safety. There is also a safety fence completely surrounding the pool for the security of our littlest guests.

Included at the house are beach towels, books, magazines, videos, children's beach toys, beach chairs, unbrellas, and bikes. Look no further for your perfect beach vacation spot.

  • We were delighted with our stay at The Bougan Villa.The home is in a quiet neighborhood, steps from the bay or beach.It is a well maintained home, and owners are very responsive to your needs. Home is just as described, and the pool and spa are a delight.All conveniences are there for you to enjoy.

  • I stayed in this house last year with my sister. We had a very relaxing vacation. The house provided everything we could want. It was within walking distance to beach and short drive to restaurants and nightlife. We also drove to Clearwater for a minor league baseball game. Great location!
