Location, location, location… this beautiful villa is one of the original units built directly across the street from the ocean in the exclusive west end of Ocean Isle Beach, just 16 steps from the beach access. You can’t get any closer unless you rent a beach front home.
The large covered deck offers unobstructed views of the ocean and is perfect for enjoying that early morning cup of coffee or winding down at the end of the day. You are close enough to see and hear the waves as they crash onto shore and feel the constant breeze that you can only get by being close to the water. We recently added a Nags Head porch swing and pub table with 4 lifeguard chairs, to go with several large rocking chairs.
Proximity to the beach means you can take what you need to start your day, walk down the stairs, cross the street and you’re on the beach. If you forgot something its no big deal because you're that close...
You'll be glad you avoided the hassles of lugging everything ½ mile back and forth to the beach, or even worse, trying to load up and park a golf cart in the limited spaces available.
Renters also enjoy exclusive membership rights to The Islander Beach Club which is just down the street. The Islander Beach Club offers a huge oceanside pool with an adjacent kiddie pool and hot tub. It also has a great restaurant 'The Isles' and our favorite... an outside Tiki Bar overlooking the pool and the ocean that can be enjoyed throughout the day or night.
Inside, the accommodations are top notch and maintained with tremendous care. For 2013 we replaced the carpet in each bedroom with new hardwood floors. The living room has a large flatscreen TV with a high def cable DVR so you can record any of your favorite shows during your stay. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and the extended kitchen counter seats an additional 5 in large wooden stools with high backs. Each of the four bedrooms has its own full bath w/ shower, TV and DVD player. High speed wireless internet access is included at no additional cost. Nearly half of our renters are repeat customers!!!
There are dozens of great golf courses within 10-20 minutes (Rivers Edge, Oyster Bay, Tigers Eye, Heather Glen, Glen Dornoch, The Pearl, Tidewater, etc.), and nearly 75 more within an hours drive. You can rent bikes, surfboards, kayaks and jet-skis right on the island by the hour, the day or the week. Other great adventures like para-sailing, deep sea fishing, and even casino boat trips are also available.
With Myrtle Beach just 25 minutes away a world of outlet shopping, restaurants and entertainment awaits. Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach are typical must sees and offer live entertainment at the Alabama Theater, the House of Blues, and the Palace Theater.

Condo was very clean and stocked well with untensil's. Beach access was very easy and only across the street. Constant breeze came across the deck where we spent most of our time in the evenings and even had some of our meals there. Only missing item was access to a grill.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
