This bright, airy, top(2nd) floor end unit is only 100 yards from the Deer Park Clubhouse, kids playground, tennis courts and beach area. Though you are close to everything, a row of surrounding pine trees protects your privacy. Opposite the entrance, there is an outdoor locker for skis, golf clubs, beach chairs, etc. A motion sensitive outdoor light insures you won't be fumbling for your keys in the dark. Once inside, the mud room with a large closet lets you store your gear before heading upstairs to the living quarters. The fully stocked compact kitchen makes preparing meals for your family a breeze. A vaulted ceiling lends an open feeling to the LR/DR area. The LR/DR/Kitchen area is cooled by a new mini-split Fujitsu AC unit that is so quiet you won't believe it is on. Off the LR is a outdoor balcony area ideal for having that morning cup of coffee in the summer or an afternoon cocktail. Enjoy dining by the large bay window. Relax after a busy day outside by watching your favorite shows on a NEW 43” Samsung Plasma HD TV. A dual band N-series in unit wireless router lets you quickly connect to your favorite websites.
The master bedroom with ensuite newly tiled bathroom has a firm queen bed, multiple dressers and a window that looks north to an undeveloped area through which flows the Pemigewassett River. The second bedroom with a large window and a southern exposure is bright and cheery. A brand new twin over full bunk bed with new mattresses and a rollaway in the closet, give your kids multiple sleeping possibilities. A new 32' TV, DVD/VCR and Wii player will help entertain the kids when they are not outside. The second bathroom, also with a newly tiled floor, is just across the hall. New fine linens and towels will enhance your stay.
The Deer Park resort is located in Woodstock, NH just a few minutes from Exit 32 off I-93, a couple of hours from the Boston area. A short walk from the condo is a five acre spring fed lake with sandy beach, swimming area and floating raft. Next to the lake is the Clubhouse with a fabulous indoor pool, game room, pool table, two racquetball courts, and locker rooms with showers. On the upper level of the Clubhouse is large seating area and kitchen that can be used to host family parties. Across from the condo are two tennis courts and a basketball court. The little ones will love making laps on their bikes on the one mile loop that runs through Deer Park. For the more adventurous, explore the 9 mile bike path through nearby Franconia Notch as it goes past the Basin, Cannon Mountain and Echo Lake.
Area attractions include the Hobo Railroad, Alpine Adventures, Clark’s Trading Post, Santa’s Village, Whale Water Park, Lost River Gorge, the Flume and Basin, Boise Rock and guided wildlife(moose) tours. Also, less than an hour away, is the Mt. Washington Cog Railway and the shopping outlets in North Conway and Tilton. In the fall, hike the many nearby White Mountain trails and enjoy the spectacular New Hampshire foliage.

My family rented this condo for the ski season and absolutely enjoyed it. It is very well furnished and set up to make it very comfortable and easy for renters. Everything from the WiFi directions to the switches being labeled made it very enjoyable. The few times we had questions the owner was always readily available. Deer Park itself is a beautiful complex with so many features and amenities to enjoy the outdoors and indoors. We hope to be back soon!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The property was clean, had every home convenience we needed, the beds were comfortable and the linens were high quality. I would definitely stay again. We were very happy.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

the condo is very clean and looks brand new. bed in master bedroom is great, didn't even wake up with a bad back. the complex is really nice also. there is even a river that runs through the property. we love lincoln and love love to be in the white mountains, so we would definitely be coming back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This condo was more like a real home than any rental property we have had before, nicely furnished, well maintained, and with many pleasant personal touches, not the typical closeout sale decor. Location within the resort is perfect, just seconds from the pool, lake and river. The resort is just off the interstate, yet there is no traffic noise and the view of the mountains towering over the lake immediately gets you in that vacation frame of mind. The resort itself is also very well kept, the unusually strict (and enforced) "No Jumping" rule in the pool was made up for by the fun our kids had swimming out to the raft in the lake to jump and dive as much as they wanted.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

My family of 5, including 3 boys, has vacationed at Deer Park four times in the past 3 years. It is a fantastic family spot located on a picturesque lake, in a valley surrounded by mountains, providing swimming, watercraft, fishing, action and relaxation! Our accomodations at Deer Park have always been sufficient, but this property speaks to clean, organized, convenient and guest-friendly! The decor, layout, furniture, bedrooms, new kitchen appliances, etc. are done very well. The AC is a wonderful plus! We found a comfortable townhome that is private, yet steps from all activities. I am highly enthused in writing this review on behalf of this property. By far our favorite!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our family stayed here the week of the 4th of July. The property is very clean and convenient, with great views. The unit itself is very large and comfortable, and private. The bunk beds were a hit for our 2 daughters. It is also very close to the lake and clubhouse. Some units on the property are far away, which could be a hassle. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
