This townhome, a beautifully remodeled, 2BR/ 2BA + Loft and a library/reading room, is located in the desirable Kingswood Village complex, one of the best maintained complexes in North Tahoe in the town of Kings Beach, CA. The complex is located just minutes from several world class ski resorts, Northstar-at-Tahoe (5 miles), Diamond Peak (7 miles) and a bit further down the road is Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Mt Rose. .
We are walking distance from the lake, Kings Beach State Park and historic Brockway Golf Course. A few miles down the road is adorable Tahoe City, with more fabulous shops and restaurants. We are also just a 10 minute drive to the North Shore casino’s for gaming and other entertainment.
The home has brand new appliances and up-scale furnishings throughout. The home consists of three levels with rustic open beam ceilings. The first level has two bedrooms, laundry facilities and one full bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own deck. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. There is also an outside storage closet for securing your skis and snowboarding equipment.
The second-story consists of a living room, kitchen, library, and dining area. There is a new sand-stone wood burning fireplace, a comfortable sofa and chair, and a 47” flat panel HDTV with Blu-ray DVD. This room is ideal for family gathering and relaxing. There is also secure high speed wireless internet. The kitchen includes all your cooking needs with high quality cookware. An extendable dining table offers space for 4-6 people. The library provides for a nice reading area or for just relaxing and watching the local squirrels play. Located off the living room is a second deck. This is the perfect spot enjoying your morning coffee and the fresh air of Lake Tahoe or using the gas BBQ. The loft has two comfortable rustic log double beds.
In the complex recreation area, there is a pool and children’s pool, tennis courts, horseshoes and a picnic area. There are separate men and women’s dry saunas, as well as a small exercise room.

This was my first time visiting Lake Tahoe and we had a wonderful time. This condo was very clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Everything from the linens to the appliances was good quality, making our stay there very enjoyable. The location was superior. This complex is very close to the beach and we spent many days enjoying the beautiful lake. During our stay, we drove to many of the surrounding cities and decided that Kings Beach is one of the best places to stay when visiting the Tahoe area. The owner was extremely responsive and kind, getting back to us immediately. We look forward to returning to Kings Beach soon and staying at this condo again.Did you find this review helpful? Had a wonderful ski weekend with our family of four. The condo has recently been remodeled and was very clean and well maintained. It is very well outftted with cookwear, towels and linens. The description of the property is accurate. The condo is locaated about 5 minutes from Kings Beach / 10 minutes from Northstar and all the activites in Tahoe. We would defintely recommend this property to family of a friend. The property owner was very helpful and accessible.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
