Location is the best thing about my house. It is walking distance to the historic Oxford square (1/2 mile) and one mile from campus as well. It is a great house for folks who like to be in and around the action. I have a fenced in back yard and pets are welcome free of charge. If you would like to have a cook out the back deck and newly added grilling station will be ideal. I have the house professionally cleaned before each rental and make sure to have some beer or wine and fresh cut flowers waiting on our guests. It matters to me that you enjoy your stay.

Listing and photos were accurate. Property was clean and well maintained. Was a bit surprised to discover owner just moves out for the duration of rental and leaves all his personal items in house. Would recommend at least clearing out a bit of space in the closets. Also surprised when we came home one night and owner's roommate was in the house because he was unaware of our rental. That said, the owner was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist us. The back deck was a pleasure, and the bird and squirrel watching a delight. Thanks for a great graduation weekend.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, age 55+.

House is very conveniently located. Appreciated the large fenced-in yard for our dog. Comfy furnishings with an eclectic touch. Felt safe & at home here.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. He came by when we arrived to determine if we needed directions. The home was spacious and very conveniently located. We would certainly stay again. Owner info
About the owner: I work for Ole Miss in the Outreach division. I feel blessed to be able to live in Oxford. I have an active personality and enjoy playing tennis and golf. When I am not working I am generally outside trying to be active in some capacity.
Why the Owner Chose Oxford:
I bought this house while I was in college and was lucky enough to accept a job in Oxford after graduation. The house was built in the 1950's and had not had any major renovations when I bought it. Over the last several years I have been using the money from rentals to update the house.

The main attraction to my house is the fact that this is a renovated older house that is close to everything you would want to do in town.
