There are two charcoal grills and a smoker available, and a full kitchen with microwave, and outdoor furniture, including hammocks

Why the Owner Chose Peaks Island
Peaks Island has the charm of rural Maine plus the convenience of a good sized city just across the Bay. The 20 minute ferry ride takes you away from the bustle and hustle and once on Peaks we have a hard time finding a reason to go to town -- unless we want to visit the superb fish market, italian grocery or the two splendid bakeries, one of the world class restaurants or the Portland Art Museum.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The island offers a full service grocery, 3 restaurants, a lobster shack, ice cream shop, library and post office, a museum (5th Maine), historic walks and sites (WW II) and bikes, kayaks, and sail boats for rent.
