Unit 834, Cool Contemporary - an amazing renovated 8th Floor Ocean-Front Condo with convenient key-less entry, ideal for couples wanting to get away from it all.
We manage this unit personally with a professional housekeeper and therefore you will find this unit to be clean and very well maintained. If you've been searching for hours, really no need to spend more time looking, this is about as good as you will find ;-)
This is a NON smoking unit, balcony included and regretfully pets are NOT allowed ;-(
Short stays less than 3 nights are typically not cost effective due to operating costs, taxes, fees, dues and housekeeping logistics. (minimum rental of $495 inclusive)

Parking on site with a parking permit provided is included and you will also receive free Wi-Fi for the duration of your stay. Parking permits can also be received from the front door on arrival.

Kitchen area includes induction head hot plate, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, plates, mugs and glasses, eating utensils. ( Keurig pods NOT included )
NOTE: Food, tea and coffee etc. not included, but feel free to bring your own. We do however include complimentary beverages and snacks for you to enjoy on arrival and during your stay :-)

Many great restaurants, grocery stores within a comfortable walking distance or very short drive, including a newly renovated Starbucks right next door next to Martin's on the corner highly which we recommended for breakfast and wonderful dinners. Across the way, River City Cafe for amazing burgers, Collectors Cafe on Highway 17 and 77th / 79th ave. for the BEST cake and coffee, also wonderful dining at Sea Captain's House, on 3002 N Ocean Blvd and many others within a 2 - 5 minute drive from the resort, or if you enjoy a quiet walk, it will take you 10 minutes. In particular, we enjoy the Liberty Tap Room on 77th for a Sports bar atmosphere with many great beers and menu!
NOTE: We are a PRIVATE rental in the Sand Dunes Resort and are NOT part or affiliated with the Sand Dunes Rental program, therefore we have limited to no access to the front desk and resort staff.

About the owner: We recently decided to secure a small piece of this beautiful area to enjoy and share with our family, friends and guests.
Having grown up in South Africa, we spent considerable time visiting many countries and cities in Europe, England, Greece, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Alaska, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean and the United States. Immigrated from South Africa to settle in the USA 15 years ago, becoming a US Citizen in 2013.
We especially enjoy the sunrises with our morning coffee and long early morning walks. Late afternoons usually spent relaxing with a cocktail or glass of wine on the balcony before dinner.
Sunrise & coffee - no matter how late the night, this is something we never miss!! Our little weekend retreat, we know that you will enjoy this Condo as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Sand Dunes: We just love this area - so much to do and see, something for everyone. The beaches are great, you can walk for hours, with almost year round beautiful weather! Golf courses, shopping and 1000+ restaurants to choose from!
