This house is perfectly located near the best surfing spots on the East Coast and is fully equipped to meet all of your comfort and entertainment needs.
This house is ideal for large groups in need of bunk beds and is loaded with amenities! Perfect for church or business retreats, reunions, fishing, or surf trips, and large-family getaways. Very kid and adult friendly. The first level features a fully stocked game room in including a billiard table, René Pierre foosball table, bumper pool table, wet-bar/ mini kitchen with extra freezer, and a sitting area with a flat screen TV, as well as a bedroom with a pyramid bunk-bed, a full and half bathroom, and fully equipped laundry room. The second level has four bedrooms each containing two sets of bunk-beds, one of which is a pyramid (double on bottom). Each room has its own deck access with views of the sound or the ocean. Head on up to the third level and you will find a spacious living area with a large sectional sofa, 46 inch flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player and surround sound, a solid mahogany dining table that seats 16, the master bedroom, a stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as another closed-off playroom or office for those in need of some privacy.

- This house is great for families with lots of kids - all rooms have bunkbeds except the master bedroom. There are double beds in two other rooms. Great for multi-family use, church retreats, surf trips, or kiteboarding trips. We are nestled near some of the best surf spots on the east coast as well as popular kiteboarding spots.

The Unique Benefits at this HouseYou can grab a beach chair and walk to the beach OR get in your car and drive just a few minutes North to Pea Island and enjoy a secluded feel with no one around. Rodanthe is known for its small-town fishing village-feel and is small enough to ride your bike or even walk to some of the local restaurants. You will really feel like you're on an island, yet can enjoy the comforts of our fully-equipped beach house. The sunsets are amazing and the beaches are incredible.

They have been working in Christian ministry in Virginia Beach and Charlottesville, VA for the past 7 years. Having grown up going to Hatteras every summer, they love sharing the beauty of this unique island with others.

What a wonderful experience! Having never rented a home for a vacation I was a but nervous, however there was no need to be! The owners are amazing to work with answering all questions and emails promptly and acuretly! The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We used it as a girls week getaway and only three of us where there for the whole house! We did not use the game room or tv area on the first floor however it is just as nice as the main room by the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and clean. I would recommend renting this home and look forward to the opportunity to do so again in the future.
Recommended for:Families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
