  Our family stayed at this rental for the first time and we really enjoyed it. The owners where so nice and friendly. The cottage was very nice and we really liked the well equip kitchen it had everything. It was nice being there and it was quite, The only problem was getting to the beach and water. The incline was difficult for a couple of us. Walking to the beach was fine but then when we went to walk on the sand to the beach the incline was very difficult. It needs to be straightened out. People that have bad backs or any other thing it was difficult. We ended up going to MP 20 where my nephew was and it was much easier to get to the sand and water. Otherwise everything at the cottage was great. It would have been nice to have 2 televisions. We would love to stay there again but with the beach entrance needs to have some repair work. We cooked in most of the time and we loved just using the kitchen we needed a crock pan and the owner had one to loan us. The area was quiet and we loved having the store close by.

You are right about being able to make a quick trip to the grocery store. Taking the back streets and being able to avoid bypass traffic is a real plus. I will make sure I pass on your comments about the beach access. The town of Nags Head is concerned and open to suggestions, so perhaps some changes can be made. Thanks for choosing our rental.   The apartment is spacious, immaculate, & modern. The owners were very hospitable to my husband and I, as well as our dogs! They are truly charming people.The rental process was effortless, and exactly as stated. The apartment has everything needed. The distance to the beach is approximately a 2 to 3 minute walk.The apartment is located with proximity to grocery stores, resturants, and attractions by car. The description listed by the owners is accurate.The resturants suggested by the owners were delightful & appetizing. I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend or relative, and my husband and I would surely return to this property again.

  A friend and I spent a wonderful week at this comfortable and spacious apartment. It was clean and newly remodeled and nicely decorated with comfortable furniture, lovely prints. The owners were gracious and helpful. This is a great location as a starting point to nearby sites. It is in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

  I can not say enough about this property or the owners. The place is beautiful and less than a minute walk to the beach! The owners are very accommodating! The pics don't do the place justice either because this place is comfortable and nicely decorated. The couch was soooooo comfortable!! I will definately stay here again!! A great big THANK YOU to owners!

  The pictures posted for this property, although very accurate, do not give proper justice to the accommodations. The "apartment" is very spacious, clean, well maintained, and overall a lovely place to stay! The owners were very hospitable and made the rental process and stay easy and enjoyable. Additionally, the property is very close to the public access for the beach and is situated between the two major roadways giving you access to not only grocery stores but also the restaurants and other sites. I would definitely stay here again.
