"Congratulations on getting what we consider one of the best places at LBTS. We have stayed here for 16 years as we meet family from 5 states for a "family reunion" week. We enjoyed the mocking bird family growing up this week off the porch as we sat out watching the children run up and down the beach. "Thanks so much. We had a great time as did our friends-I can't imagine a more beautiful view....just wonderful waking up to that every morning! We have been LBTS regulars for the past five years and have stayed in a number of different buildings and condos. This is one of the best! The first floor location was so convenient and the views were ABSOLUTELY GREAT! We loved the comfortable furnishings, tile floors and especially the big screen TV which was super for watching DVD's during our one rainy day of the week. The Shipyard Village pool is awesome - my oldest son loved jumping in off the island! We found everything we needed in the kitchen and having the wet bar and icemaker was really nice. We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

“Nice comfortable decor, bright and clean. Loved Pawleys Island, it is a great location, close to food stores and restaurants. We especially liked Shipyard Village, a very quiet beautiful location. B15 is a direct oceanfront, the view is magnificent. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We had need of a couple of repairs in the unit.
