We only rent weekly during peak vacation times. Please don't ask about nightly rentals until 3 days prior to an open date or unless there is an advertised nightly special shown. Off seasons, you will see some nightly rates quoted on our Rate Schedule. Luxurious, Elegant, Big Easy @ The Gulf: Gulf-front, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on 10th floor with fabulous views from the large, private bubble balcony. New Orleans-feel decor with eclectic lamps and comfortable furnishings blended with antiques (its OK -nothing the kids can hurt!), 9' ceilings, crown molding and granite countertops in fully-equipped kitchen.
This 6-year-old condo was recently painted in soothing shades of taupe. (Ever notice how most condos are almost all white!) There is an elegant Travertine tile in the living area and leopard print carpet in the bedrooms. There is a walk-in laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, a pantry, extra storage closet on balcony, 300 thread count bed linens and extra thick towels. No Wicker anywhere!!!
Each bedroom has its own cable TV and VCR or DVD. Living area has a sleeper sofa and a nice entertainment center with TV, DVD and stereo/CD player. Master Bedroom has king-size bed, private bath and Gulf view through sliding glass doors to balcony. Beautiful view of Little Lagoon from the front door which is 2 steps to the elevators (2). Only 6 units per floor. This is not one of those monster condos - we have under 100 units in the building.
There is parking for 2 cars per unit on property with some covered parking on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are 2 elevators to prevent long waits, a cardio workout room, sauna and steam rooms, outdoor pool with swim-thru to indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, charcoal grills, card room, bicycle racks & storage.

* Must be 25 or older to rent unit; Adults and Families only; Owners reserve the right to require proof of age * $300 refundable reservation/security deposit due within one week of making reservation; Full rental price + 11% Lodging tax due 14 days prior to check-in date. $85 cleaning fee. $10 per car registration fee. * NO SMOKING and NO PETS * Call or email for availability * We accept checks or MC or VISA; checks only on monthly rentals
Should the property rental be transferred to a rental management company in the area, original terms of any rental agreement will be honored.
Any building of this size may have maintenance, repairs or improvements made from time to time. Examples may include but are not limited to painting, cleaning,elevators, pool heaters & other maintenance, vandalism to building or grounds. Even nearby construction may be distracting but not under the control of our Association. Individual owners have very little voice as to timing. We will disclose anything that we are aware of that could cause your vacation to be less than perfect. But, just as with the weather, cable or utility outages, etc .... some things are outside of our control. |
