  I can not say enough about this fabulous condo. From the time you enter it screams quality, comfort and the best vacation you have had. The owners are fantastic and easily reached should any problems arise. We have already booked for next year and this year's stay is not over yet (thank goodness). The decor is beautiful yet functional. From the dishes, cookware, bedding and towels, the furnishings are top quality. This is the second year we have come to Gulf Shores but we expect to come back every year and stay in this lovely unit. So if you rent it-take good care of it! We will be back! Fabulous views from the lounge chairs on the balcony and watching the dolphins frolic is something we never tired of. Sunrises and sunsets that are indescribably beautiful ! Have your camera ready at all times and you might just catch the military jets doing maneuvers or the less threatening pelicans at eye level! We love Lucy, (no pun intended) the lady who handles the daily building maintenance is a joy. The building common areas are kept immaculately clean and secure.

  We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was in excellent condition and very clean. The owner was very helpful with written instructions and answered all questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends. The location is perfect and close to any attactions we visited.

  my wife and I enjoyed the weekend we spent in Gulf Shores at Island Royal. The condo was clean and confortable with an amazing view. My wife used this time to run and bike throughout Gulf Shores and to Orange Beach and back. I spent time at two of the finest golf courses I have ever played, Pinnacle and the state park. We also enjoyed the dinning and my wife took advantage of the area shopping. My wife spent alot of time on the beach "working on her tan" and reading. Our host was great with giving directions to Gulf Shores from Jonesboro. They also passed on information about the area. We will return again in 2013. Thanks...

  We rented this condo for a long Family Weekend. Our son is a freshman in college and our daughter is in 2nd grade, this often makes it difficult to keep everyone happy. This condo was perfect for everyone! Very roomy, beautifully decorated, Wi-Fi, large flat screen tv for watching "The Game", large furnished balcony with an incredible view, and all of it directly on the BEACH! Misty was so great to work with and went out of her way to accommodate us on short notice. We love Gulf Shores and have rented many different condos over the years. We will call Misty and John when planning our next visit to Gulf Shores.

  We rented this condo last week, and we could not have been happier. We have two small children, and grandparents came to join us part of the week. There was more than enough room for four adults and two children. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the living area was just right for our family to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the appliances/dishes/cookware were much better quality than in other condos we have rented in Gulf Shores. The pool and hot tubs were perfect for the kids, and the gym was just what my husband and I needed. The owners were very easy to work with, and we would recommend them and the condo to anyone. Don't miss out on this great condo!

  I've been to Gulf Shores many times over the last 20yrs and to the Island Royale complex several times in the last few years but this was my first stay in your condo (#1003). The complex is within walking distance to many places (shops, restaurants, etc. and less than a mile from The Hangout) but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds and is well maintained. This condo is very nice (pictures are current) and I really enjoyed having the upscale table, chairs, and lounges on the balcony (I'm not a fan of the typical plastic patio furniture you find in most rentals!). The owners, John and Misty, were so easy to work with...they made the rental process a breeze. If you're planning a trip to Gulf Shores, you'll want to check out this condo....you won't be disappinted!

  I absolutely loved staying here! The balcony is private because of the bubble railing and everything was so nice. One of the best vacations I've ever been on. The owner's are great to work with too.

  I have traveled to Gulf Shores, AL many years and stayed at several rentals, but this one rental is by far my favorite and I plan on coming back down and staying at this rental (Island Royale #1003) from now on when visiting Gulf Shores, AL. The condo is located directly on the beach, just a few minutes walk from Pier 33 grocery store, Liquid Liquors, Bahama Bobs Cafe, The Hangout (and the gift shops) but not too close where it was quiet and peaceful at night. The actual condo was very updated, clean and had so many special touches that it made it feel like home away from home. The actual condo building was perfect because it had an indoor/outdoor pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs, a large grillling area and everything was kept clean and manicured. The entire building also had Wi-Fi which was also extremely helpful b/c I tend to have to stay on top of my work committments when I travel and my kids like to stay connected with friends on facebook/etc when we travel. While staying at the condo, we met so many families as well as many older couples who were visiting and living in the condo building. It seemed that there were people of all ages and kids of all ages and everyone was super friendly and curtious. One thing I would recommend if you are coming down for a visit is to visit the Gulf State Park Pier which is located about 2.25 miles from the condo. We walked there from the condo, but it is a little bit of a hike. There is plenty of parking if you wanted to drive. It is a fishing pier and it is really neat to see all of the fisherman and activity on the pier. It is something we really enjoyed. All in all, it was an amazing trip and rental and we can't wait to come back and visit!!! Thank you for opening up your condo to our family!
