Villa Marianne is the ultimate beach getaway for you and your family. Located on the north end of Anna Maria Island in the city of Anna Maria just steps from the white sand beach, this five bedroom, four bath vacation rental will make you never want to leave! Exquisitely decorated with beach colors in every room, fine furnishings and fabulous finishing touches make this beach home special.

The fabulous kitchen will make cooking and cleaning a breeze! It has custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the cooking gadgets you will need for wonderful dinners after a day at the beach or in the heated pool.

On the main floor you will find three bedrooms -- two king suites and one with a queen -- while on the top floor there are the two bedrooms with two twin beds in one and a set of twin over full bunkbeds in the other. All bedrooms have flat screen HD televisions! All linens provided by our professional linen service.

Outside you will find a heated pool with a waterfall feature and spa that is sure to give the beach some competition, as well as a covered patio with a bar, flat screen television, gas grill to go along with plenty of dining space. Also, just a step away is a recreation room with a foosball table!

Pets are not allowed in this home.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

We loved the closeness to the beach, the warmth of the pool on those chilly days and absolutely loved having the bikes. The closeness to the shops and restaurants is a big plus too!! Great stay!!

The location was so convenient. It was a short walk to the beach! House was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing! We loved our stay.

Lovely Stay

We had such a lovely stay at Villa Marianne. The house accommodated our group quite well! The location can't be beat, just minutes from the beach and Pine Avenue. We had to contact Anna Maria Life a few times for minor things and they responded quickly and were so friendly! We've stayed here multiple times & it would be so nice to see some updates to this house. The couch/chair/pillows in the living room are stained and worn. We found many dirty dishes in the cabinets and pots & pans could really use an update. The pool was dingy and could use a good cleaning. We'll probably keep coming back but it would be so nice to see some of these things refreshed. One other small note - the AC units are right outside the bunk bedroom and are quite noisy. We loved the outdoor space, table for dining by the pool, & all the beach toys/wagon. Thanks for a great stay!

Family vacation

House was as expected, not a huge living space so keep that in mind if bringing kids. Pool was nice, and hot tub worked well. Beds could be updated, mattress or box springs were so creaky it was hard to get in and out of bed without our baby waking 😅 Had some broken door handles and a broken grill, but they sent out a maintenance man within 24 hours and fixed everything which was awesome!
