LOCATION
Our property is very centrally located in Singapore. Our area, River Valley, is Singapore's prime residential area just outside the CBD and the location of choice for executives, professionals and expatriates who want to be close to city life, yet live in a lush green resort environment.
There is no need to take crowded trains (MRT) to the city, but 2 stations are within a 10 minute walk from here if you need to take a train. It is a 10 minute walk to Orchard Road, Singapore’s main shopping district. And a 5 minute walk to Clarke Quay entertainment district with a large choice of cafe’s, bars, and restaurants. A bus line just outside our door offers 4 lines and great convenience in getting around. Excellent convenience and ease of getting around for travelers and those sightseeing!

A very nice and stylish apartment in a good location. The pool downstairs is great and you can easily walk everywhere - Clarks Cay and Boat Cay maybe 10 min, Ochard Road the same. You have everything you need in the apartment, a big kitchen and wireless. I highly recommend the apartment.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

We stayed at Chris'es apartment in October 2011 and had a terrific time. We were looking for a place to call home for 2 weeks in Singapore and found the right place. We stayed in the Master bedroom. The apartment is very clean (we saw a maid a couple of times cleaning), very well kept and the whole booking, checkin etc process was well organized. We absolutely loved the location in River Valley which is a kind of upmarket area for expats. Is is quite close to my office in the cbd and my wife had no problems strolling over to Orchard Rd. We definitely recommend this place for a five star stay. For us we did not want to stay in very expensive hotels but also stayed away from budget hotels like Hotel 81 or Fragrance where rooms also rent for the hour if you know what I mean! Chris is from Germany and a great host, it seems he used to run a small hotel when living in Sydney earlier and knows how to provide a very clean, comfortable, and well-organized stay for his guests. We also used the kitchen and laundry which was a plus. Thanks Chris and Penny, we will definitely be back!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

SGD 9,500 per month, Minimum Stay 6 months. Electricity, water and gas are charged extra at actual cost. Wifi Internet is included. Corporate and private leases available. Tenants must have valid stay in Singapore and we require copies of the relavant visa and passport. Booking and security deposit: 1 month's rent. Flexible lease commencement and end dates, pro-rated for the days actually stayed.
