  Dear Steve, we want to let you know that we had a wonderful vacation and we could not have asked for a better place. Your place has provided us with everything and more than we could ever ask for. This was our first long vacation with our two little ones and your place was perfect. Thank you for the high chair and crib. To anyone who is contemplating about renting this place I will encourage you to do so . The location is great just a short walk to the beach. Trust me I had my 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 year old with me and they never complained about the walk. The pool is great never busy and the fact that Steve has all the beach accessories its a bonus. We are planning out next trip to Siesta key and we are hopeful to be able to rent this place again but it looks like 2014 is booking fast. Steve thank you for accommodating us with such a wonderful stay.

  We just got back from our week in Siesta Key and had a wonderful time. I have rented properties through Homeaway a few times and this was by far the easiest experience I have had. Steve made things so easy and seamless which is what you want when you go on vacation!. The property was great, there are two really nice bedrooms and a very comfortable, open living area with two balconies. There were my husband and I and two teenagers and we had more than enough room to spread out. I know there is a pull-out couch but we did not need to use it while we were there but I am sure you could fit two more people easily. We had just come from three nights in a hotel room so this was so much better. Everything is very open and bright and I really appreciate that there is no carpeting, it always feels much cleaner that way, especially coming back from the beach. Steve has all the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys, etc that you will need. There are plenty of beach towels to use as well as towels for the condo. What I especially liked it that they don't clean everything out between uses so that you don't always have to buy dish soap, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc. It makes it much easier and more affordable when people leave their stuff and you can use it for the next person. The air conditioning worked great (my husband likes the A/C) but if you open the balcony sliders you get a beautiful breeze. The condo is right across the street from the most stunning beach, the sand is like powder. If you go a little to the right, there is a large concession stand so if you do not like to pack lunch for the beach you can always get stuff there. We usually went over to the left because it was a little less crowded. The beach is enormous though so you will never feel crowded wherever you go. Downtown Siesta Key is adorable, we all loved it. There were tons of outdoor restaurants with live music, we ate there every night. Thank you for a great visit, we will definitely be back again!!

  Steve is a wonderful guy who is more than happy to answer any questions you might have about the condo or the area. We stayed for a week as a family with 2 adults and 2 children. The condo is directly across the Siesta Key Public Beach and walking there takes but a minute or two. The condo was comfy, clean, and well-stocked kitchen. The 2 balconies are huge. The heated pool and tennis courts on property provided my children with things to do when we were not at the beach or the weather was chilly. The beds are pretty comfy and the living room makes you feel comfy with 2 recliners and leather couches. This condo has it all. No need to bring beach towels, tennis racquets, beach chairs, or even kitchen items. Just bring your clothes and some food/drinks and you are good to go and hopefully the Florida sunshine will be good to you and provide lots of warmth without sunburn. Siesta Key has a free taxi service so you do not even have to drive in to the village when you want to go dine or shop. Pretty fun place! Thanks Steve for a lovely stay at your condo. We would stay here again. :)

  One of the best locations in Siesta Key. We had four adults stay at this condo for two weeks. The condo was very confortable and there are plenty of amentities to meet your needs. Steve is very easy to deal with and responds immediately to any problems that may arise. I would definately recomend this property if you are looking for a a well equipped condo directly across the # 1 ranked beach. We look forward to next year.

  We were a party of 4 adults for a short 4 night stay at this condo. It was ideally located so that we could visit Siesta Key, and its a short drive to Lido Key and Longboat Key, as well as all that Sarasota offers. The condo is very well stocked with everything could possibly need for a much longer stay than ours. There is plenty of space, with large balconies too. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of helpful equipment. We would stay there again should we get to the area in the future.

  We were very lucky to rent this great condo for our 1 month stay in September. We enjoyed our stay very much and, first of all, would like to thank Steve, the owner, for perfect vacation house. The condo is perfectly located - the public beach is within 3 minutes walk access. Beach was perfect!!! Not crowded at all, sand was like flour, water was very warm. The condo was a great choice for our family (2 adults and a 2,5 years kid), very bright, airy and sunny, well furnished and equipped, had a lot of beach accessories (towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for kids, etc). Spasibo, Steve! It was a pleasure to deal with you! Hopefully, we will return!

  We stayed at the condo the second week in June, great location, very clean and spacious, complete kitchen and laundry room. It was perfect for a family of five (three boys under 12). The Boys loved the Beach and the Pool. We felt right at home there. Just across the street from Siesta Key beach. Close to everything (town, restaurants and the market). We loved our time there. Look for us next year. The owner Steve could not be more helpful. Thanks

  This was our 2nd stay here and will not be our last!! This condo has it all & Steve is very accommodating from the start to the finish when renting his condo. We didn't have to want for anything and would highly recommend this condo to friends and family!! Not only is the beach #1 but so is this condo!! Thanks, Steve for a lovely vacation.

  This was our second trip to this condo this year! Great place for a vacation and we already can't wait to come back again. It's got anything you need. The beach umbrella and chairs were very appreciated! Even the pull out couch is comfy.

  We had a very good experience on the rental of this property. All you had to bring with you was your toothbrush and your clothes, everything else was provided. The kitchen was supplied with everything you need to cook, and serve dinner, even wine glasses and martini glasses. The bath rooms had an abudance of towels, wash clothes and beach towels. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for the young ones. This list could go on and on but you must be there to enjoy the furnishings and the view from the two large decks. You will not be sorry renting this condo it is definetly a plus.
