My wife and i are going to Freeport since 1980, we continue to enjoy this calm country. «we feel there like in a private vila in the Tradewind. Almost nobody at the pool that is right at the door and heated. Everything is at fifteen minutres drive in Freeport. The weather is confortable. The sun get into the apt. on the morning. If you use a car, the parking is 1 minute from the apt. (Don't forget we drive on left in Freeport). We do our best to keep the place clean and. The maid come on a regular base to maintain the premises.

It was our 4th time at Freeport and first time renting a condo. We loved it! This place is really clean, not far from downtown, just a few minutes by walk from the beach and grocery-restaurant-bar. 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms so perfect for 2 couples. The private pool and balcon are great for living the real bahamian style. We'll go back for sure! The owners are friendly and help a lot the planning of the trip.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Thank you for a lovely 10 days in Freeport. We had a wonderful time in the very well stocked condo. Much better than staying in a hotel room with 2 teenagers. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen well stocked up with everything you would need.Even a tea kettle! There was even food and drink in the fridge when we arrived which was a welcome sight after a red eye flight. The last thing we wanted to do was go out for provisions. The pool though small was almost private . Over the time we were there we saw only one other person in it . The property overlooks one of the inland waterways and my husband and kids had a great time fishing most evenings. We saw stingrays , barracudas, colorful fish and even caught an eel. Very quiet place, in fact the whole of Grand Bahama isle was relaxing. Lucaya which is a short drive from the house has restaurants, markets and activities when you want to find some civilization. This was a great place to connect with our kids away from technology! We would highly recommend it to others.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
