Villa Coyaba 202 is ready for your 2013 beach vacation. Just renovated with new paint throughout, new carpet, updated drapes and a bunk room, your beach getaway can sleep up to 12 in comfort. It is just baby steps to the beach - any closer and this four bedroom condo would be afloat! Designer decorated and recently updated this spacious beach front condo sleeps up to twelve in stylish comfort.
A large balcony with seating for outdoor dining overlooks Destin's emerald green waters and sugar white sands. NEW in 2012 - TEAK outdoor furniture with custom cushions for dining and relaxing in comfort. A well-equipped kitchen with Viking appliances and granite counter tops beckons - but the areas finest restaurants are nearby as well.
The living area has seating for the whole family and friends. Enjoy the large flat screen TV or just relax and watch the sunset.
Each bedroom boasts flat screen TV's, 100% cotton, high thread count sheets and comfortable mattresses.

Our first time trading turkey for seafood and we loved it! The weather was warm, beach and pool so pleasant. Your home is so lovely and very relaxing. We have had a wonderful vacation. The weather was perfect, the water breathtaking, and the condo beautiful! It has been so relaxing for the 4 of us "old ladies" - just what we needed. We love Destin and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation time in your lovely condo. The weather started out rough with the remnants from Hurricane Isaac, but each day got better. Sept 21-29 2012 Accomadations were wondeful. We had 12 people staying ages 10-86. It worked well for everyone. The staff on site were helpful and friendly. We called Nancy Fox for questions both were answered promptly. It is not wheelchair accessable to the beach and pool but the elderly couple in the group were still able to get to the beach and the pool on the steps. The beach was beautiful. Weather perfect and not crowded at all.Will be back.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

The condo was very clean upon our arrival. I have no complaints and our entire family had a wonderful time there. I would love to return there again in the future and I have another family member that is considering taking her entire family as well. Nancy contacted us on several occasions to see if there was anything that we needed. She went above our expecations. We spent our days at the beach and pool, grilled out anh had dinner out several evenings. We went to relax and accomplished that.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

The listing description and photos were accurate and this was a return visit for four weeks.The property was very clean and well-maintained and we did not experience any problems during our four week stay. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to our friends and relatives. We recommend the Back Porch restaurant and pontoon boat rental activity as well as a round of golf at the Regatta Bay Golf Club.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

3rd stay at this complex and first stay in 202, Excellent condo, we will attempt to stay here in the future. Very clean, and great beach view. Beds very comfortable, Our "Friend at the beach" checked on us to be sure if we needed anything, very appreciated.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.
