Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms condo on St Augustine Beach. A slice of paradise in this fully remodeled condo, decorated like the Caribbean. It is located in Pier Point South, on the ocean, 5 miles from historic downtown St Augustine, America's oldest city. Our unit number is 46. The condo overlooks a refreshing pool, which is heated when needed, and has a beach view. Walk out to the balcony and you will see the beautiful waters of the Atlantic. We have a boardwalk that takes you right to the beach. The pier is just to the left of us. The linens, including towels, sheets, etc. are all supplied. The kitchen has everything you need as far as dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. It has a coffee pot, microwave and electric tea kettle. The ice cream shop is a short walk right next to the condo. There are three restaurants across the street. We highly recommend Sunset Grill. There are many restaurants and shops on the island. Publix grocery store is a couple miles down A1A Beach Blvd. Take a left when you leave the condo. We have high speed internet. This is a very peaceful place to enjoy yourselves. We welcome families with children. They will love it. There is something for everyone in St Augustine. You won't believe it. We require a $200.00 deposit to hold the reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept checks, cashier checks and money orders. We do not accept credit cards. You will love the condo and all the amenities, especially the beautiful view!

Additional information about rental rates
In working on entering the rates with the VRBO software, it would not let me go back to include January 1st through March 2nd. These rates are the same as what is showing on HIGH RATES WINTER. Also regarding parking at Pier Point South please do the following. When you arrive, you will need to go to the front office and get your parking pass. If the office is closed or you get there after hours, go as soon as possible the next day. They are sticklers about this because of others parking in our parking lot. Our parking spot is the same as the condo unit #: 46. The office is open from Monday through Saturday. Although our condo is not part of the Pier Point South rental program and we rent out our own condo, our wonderful gal in the office, Laura, is a great lady and works with us for the parking passes.
We require a $200.00 deposit to hold the reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept checks, cashier checks and money orders. We do not accept credit cards. If you let us know you definitely want to rent the condo and are mailing a check, I can mark your dates off the calendar at that time. In doing this, it will not let anyone take your dates of stay.

About the owner: I do accounting and bookkeeper for a living. I am also a very creative person who loves to read, write, paint, and draw. St Augustine gives me so much thought for my creative juices. It is such an inspiring and peaceful place, I can forget about everything and just enjoy myself. I have 3 grandchildren, one of which has been here and can't wait to go back. All three of my children have visited also. My husband and I go to the condo for our vacation. I love this place. I never want to leave. Maybe one day we can retire somewhere in St Augustine, one of the most peaceful, relaxing places I have ever visited.
Why the Owner Chose Pier Point South: It is a beautiful condo, all decorated with a tropical feel. It was totally remodeled 4 years ago. Everything was redone, from top to bottom. It is a peaceful town with such history. It has many shops and restaurants. You can sight see or just relax at the pool or on the beach. It is a town that everyone should experience. I love going in town and browsing and buying little things to take back and decorate our home. Many, many shops to browse through and take home a piece of St Augustine as a souvenir or for yourself. I love the location, right on the beach, my most peaceful place on earth. I lived in south Florida all my life and St Augustine reminds me of how it used to be. Enjoy!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: I love getting up in the morning and making my coffee and going on the balcony to sit. I watch the waves roll in and just enjoy the fresh clean air. I read and enjoy the quiet time. People start coming down to the pool and I watch the kids having a great time. I love that there are two restaurants across the street and others in walking distance. My husband and I enjoy lunch or dinner without having to drive. If we want to go into town, it's a five minute drive. I can stroll through downtown St Augustine and visit all the little shops. I never tire of this. I do it at least once while we visit. If I want to take a drive to the outlet malls, it's only about a 15, 20 minute ride to the 95 exit. There's always a bargain to be found. If we are in a sightseeing mood, we can visit the lighthouse, which we love. The view from atop the lighthouse is magnificent. If you are a golfer there are many courses to choose from close by.
