  We just returned from a wonderful week in Hilton Head, while staying at 404 Forest Beach Villas. Our party was 2 adults and 5 teenagers. The three bedroom villa was a perfect fit for our situation. The Master Suite was outstanding and the two bedrooms upstairs allowed our teens to enjoy some privacy. The unit was well kept and the view from the balcony was an enjoyable evening treat. The location was ideal for access to the beach as well as Coligny Plaza. We had access to a very nice pool as well as tennis courts. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa to a family with multiple children. You won't regret it!

  My husband and I just returned home to California after our first visit to HHI to watch our son and his team play college tennis all over the island. Staying at Lynn's Forest Beach Villa was ideal. Her listing is accurate and the property is very clean!! All the furniture and decor was lovely. There is plenty of room for 2 couples and a few kids to share a wonderful holiday. I loved the location of the villa. Coligny Plaza is a 3-5 minute walk from the property as well as the beach. We rented bicycles and were able to ride them all over the area. We ate at two great restaurants right next to the villa. Kenny Bs in the Bi-Lo shopping center is awesome for breakfasts! The Angler (I can't remember full name) Restaurant in Coligny Plaza was also excellent. I would not hesitate to rent from Lynn again. She was very easy to work with and answered any questions I had prior to the trip. I also believe the cost of the rental is more than fair due to its size, location, amenities and cleanliness. Enjoy!

  We had an excellant stay in HHI. It was conveniently located to the beach- only a 5 minute walk. The unit was very comfortable and easy to stay in. The photos are a good representation of the unit. There were no unpleasant surprises when we arrived. Lynn Mountain was always available when we had questions and she was very professional to deal with. She truly cares about her rental guests. I will recommend her and the units she represents. We will be repeat guests!
