  When we stepped foot into the condo we felt right at home. The fireplace made it feel warm and cozy .We had room for everything we brought. Hot chocolate on the back porch watching the geese fly into the lake all the while seeing early snowfalls up on the mountain peaks. We ate at many local eateries and some several times .Kip's was our favorite! Folk's in the community were helpful and friendly almost made us want to move here. Most days we soaked in the local hot tubs then hiked all day only to once again return to the tubs in the evening.The train ride at Chama NM was fabulous. We also went to Chimney Rock and Mesa Verde. This is a perfect getaway and we so look forward to returning each season of the year. .

  The listing information was completely accurate on both the condo and beautiful Pagosa Springs. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for lodging accomodations in and around the area. The property was very well maintained, the landlords were extremely friendly, and I really appreciated the binders left in the condo for local dining and tourist opportunites. We had an idea of some of what we wanted to do while in the area but found so much more that we most certaily will be back and will be planning a longer stay. I just hope this condo is available next year when we return.

  Wonderful experience! We loved this cozy little condo in the mountains. Access was easy and Lisa was gracious enough to extend our stay one more day at the last minute. Just beautiful, spent a whole day at the springs and one day fishing. So nice to come back to this quaint quiet home. Thanks so much. We will be back!

  This condo was so easy to access and located close to all activities and attractions yet it was extremely private, cozy, and roomy. My husband, my daughter, and my grandson stayed in this condo, and found it to be more home away from home than we ever expected. We thought because it was a one room efficiency that we wouldn't have the privacy we needed, but that was not true. The bathroom is located in such a fashion as to afford more privacy than any motel room and even more privacy than in our own homes. This is how private and accomodating it is. I like to read before I go to sleep, but the light always bothers my husband. I read, my daughter and her son played a hand held video game, and HE slept! Everyone was happy. We can't do that in a motel room!! Also we visited in December and had tons of winter clothes. There was plenty of closet space for 4 people to keep their things as well as plenty of floor and counter space. I've never seen such a compact kitchen have so much space! While at the condo we read, played games, played in the snow, and went walking without ever getting in the vehicle. Fast food places are close and plenty to choose from, and for a sit down meal nothing compares to "The Junction" restaurant. Such good home cooking and we even bought our souveneirs in their gift shop! As far as activities to do in town and surrounding area, there is a drive to the ski area that is fantastic with stops along the way to see wildlife,sled in the snow, waterfalls, etc. Downdown has quaint shops as well as the famous hot springs. We also climbed the mountain in the park and snow sledding there. This place is just an oasis!
