Milan apartment description
Cozy, bohemian-style 80-sq-meter 1-bdr apartment situated on Via della Moscova, in the famous 'Brera' quarter of Milan. Close to the “Turati” metro stop (line 3) and the Quadrilateral of Fashion district.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator. There is doorkeeper service provided during workdays.
Fully-furnished, this apartment consists of a good-sized entryway, separate living room with well-lit, warm atmosphere: piano, television, lots of literature and art. The sofa incorporates a fold-out bed for two, and an additional single bed is available if needed.
The separate dining area across the hall is comfortable for dining in four, and includes a balcony that overlooks the tranquil inner courtyard area. Ajoining the dining area is a small, but fully-equipped separate kitchen.
The main bedroom overlooks Via della Moscova, and is comfortable for two. Closet space is provided.
The bathroom is spacious, and is equipped with shower.
Lots of style and genuine Brera atmosphere -- for an unforgettable stay in the center of Milan!
From the Malpensa airport, you can take a bus, taxi, or even the Malpensa Express train from level -1 inside the airport itself! It leaves every half hour, and takes 40 minutes to reach either Cadorn Station or the Central Station. From either station, it's just 5-10 minutes by taxi, or 2-3 stops on the metro (line 2, green) to the 'Moscova' stop, with exits right on Via della Moscova.
From the Linate airport, take bus no.73 or 73X, directly to San Babila Square. From there, a taxi will take you to the apartment in 5 minutes!

A delightful property, very well situated and extremely comfortable. The apartment was very clean and Angela was extremelyhospitable. We loved the local area and it was easy to get around. There are fabulous restaurants nearby as well as a great supermarket and amazing fruit/vegetable shop. We would certainly recommend this property to friends.

Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.
My 13 year old daughter and I stayed here for six days in April. We were very happy in the apartment. Everything we needed was already there, even a kettle. It was clean and tidy, and the owner was friendly and helpful. The heating worked beautifully, so the apartment was warm and dry (it rained nearly every day). There is a beautiful courtyard with flowers and trees. The main reason we liked it however was the amazing convenience. Two minutes walk away there is a supermarket, open till 10 pm every day. There are also plenty of small shops in the area. The metro is about five minutes walk (2 stops to the Duomo) and the tram (2 or 3 stops to La Scala) is even closer. But you can walk into the centre of town if you want to. Just nearby is an extraordinary park - I think I read somewhere it was the first public park in Europe - with Shetland ponies, a little train for children, small fairground rides, swings, etc. It is more peaceful than it sounds. Right in the park is the Natural History Museum, which is a wonderfully old-fashioned museum. We would like to go back.
