Hear the waves crashing against the shore while falling asleep, shop footsteps away in the charming shops or grab a bite to eat at a host of restaurants. Take a cruise to see dolphins or place a wager on the casino cruise.
Our beachfront Condo is located in a building with a secured elevator and covered parking space. The property has been renovated and the unit newly redecorated.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, huge walk-in closet and private bath. The second bedroom with two beds connects to another bathroom.
The third bedroom has one bed. Washer and dryer on site. The kitchen is fully equipped for a meal with your family or drinks with your friends before you go to many restaurants in the area.
The beach Trolley stops out front to take you to other areas along the beach. Movie theaters, museums, aquariums, a wildlife refuge, and a planetarium are in the area.
Just a short drive from the comforts of your condo you can enjoy Disney World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, etc. There are wave runner rentals for water activities, charter boats for fishing and, of course, miniature golf for the whole family.
Bring your cares and troubles, leave them to the peace that comes with a walk on the sands of Madeira Beach. See ya soon!

We had a wonderful time at this beach and condo. We have 5 teenagers and they all had something they were able to enjoy doing. The condo is very efficient and contains all the amenities that we have at home. The rooms were large and the furniture was clean and comfortable and it is decorated very tastefully - it just was like being a guest in someones home basically. The laundry room was a huge plus for us! They had beach toys (we didn't need...) in the closet and even a vacuum to help keep the condo tidy while we stayed. Although it is not facing the ocean you have a great view of the draw bridge and you can still see the ocean and being on the first floor we did not have to worry about bothering people below us. It is located directly across the street from John's Pass - good food and shops, parasailing, fishing and tours - We are so happy we selected this condo and have made plans to return!
Owner response:Our condo is strategically located close to all the nearby shops and restaurants in John's Pass Village. (just across the street) With the completion of the nearby bridge, there is easy access to John's Pass via the new walkway under the bridge. The condo is in the beachfront building of Beach Place. There is easy access to beach, pool, and parking space via nearby elevator or stairway. The sugary white sand and comfortable beach along with delightful pool make staying at our Beach Place unit a pleasure. There is no lack of things to do or see in the Madeira Beach area. And those that like amusement parks will find fun at nearby Tampa's Busch Gardens, or an easy hour and a half drive to Disney World and Orlando's Universal Studios just beyond. Come have some fun in the Florida sun .
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
