  Had 12 guys spend 4 nights during a golf vacation. The experience was wonderful. We were able to dine in by using the grill and kitchen and choose to eat poolside or by the large TV (Redwings won in OT). They provided a couple roll outs so everyone had a bed. The 4 baths were enough to do your business and still make our teetimes. The front gate was easy to pass and a piece of mind. The pool was refreshing and clean. Overall A+ experience.

  This home worked out just wonderfully for our family. The home was beautiful, in a great location and was exactly as described! The pool was warm and the house nicely set up. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the game room and club house as well. We look forward to staying there again. The owner was very accommodating and honest. The property was clean. We have already recommended the property to friends.

  The home was located within the beautiful Terra Verde Resort community. The property is in a gated community which added to our peace of mind. The community has a modern club house with a pool, exercise room, wi-fi access (which we also had in the home), games and a staff that was not only friendly but also personable. We used the exercise equipment (top-of-the-line). Everyone was very pleased with the home, which is spacious, comfortable and clean, and the home’s paint, tile, carpet and furniture all very new. The kitchen was fully appointed. The location is close to major Orlando parks, nice restaurants and shopping. We were impressed with the owner's commitment to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We truly recommend Linda's Villa!!!

  This home lived up to all reviews and expectations. The home was identical to the listing description and located within the beautiful Terra Verde Resort community. The home and exterior of the property are well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen has all the supplies needed to make a home cooked meals and the location is great, close to all parks and major attractions. Super walmart, groceries stores and lots of restaurants and gift shops were just up the street. As nice as the home was, I have to say that the owner of the home was equally as nice. The owner was very responsive to every phone call and email I sent. I would highly recommend this villa to another family.

  We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. It was comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Staying at this Villa was the best part of our vacation. It was so nice to come to the villa after a long day at Disney World and be able to relax, swim, sleep, shower and eat with the whole family and not be cramped on top of each other, as in a hotel. The villa is conveniently situated in a nice, peaceful and gated resort with resort pool and club house. An excellent choice and highly recommended to be your families next rental.

  We certainly had a wonderful time at your vacation home! This is a very wonderful house. It was beautiful and so spacious – our best accommodations yet and this is our 7th year coming to Florida. There were a total of 10 people in our group and plenty of room. lots of little extras added to the house for our convenience; a very quiet neighborhood/resort; superb location to major attractions; good shopping close by; and most importantly an owner whose only concern is for her guests to be completely comfortable and satisfied! We'll be back to you.

  We just returned from our wonderful trip and had to tell you right away that we loved your home. It was just perfect for our family. The villa is just a few minutes from Disney Parks but in a quiet, beautiful and gated community. We enjoyed how quiet and cozy the house was and how well it was equipped. House is as advertised and Linda the owner is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!!
