The loft was perfect for my wife and I, as we came to Montreal to eat, shop, and sightsee. We used TripAdvisor to scope out the best restaurants in Montreal, and were pleasantly surprised to find many of them were within a short walk from the loft (eg. only 3 blocks from the world famous Schwartz's). There's also great shopping, if you don't mind a little bit of walking to St. Denis Street, or St. Catherine Street. But if you're feeling a bit adventurous, take the Bixi bikes out for a spin, conveniently located right outside the front doors ($7 for the day, the first 30 mins free every time you dock) The loft itself is quite clean, very spacious, and even better than pictured. We were provided with everything that we needed (toiletries & linens) and if you feel like staying in for the day, there's a TV with cable, a computer for your use, or WiFi if you brought your own devices. Thanks Henrik for everything, we had an awesome time. We'll definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This was our second stay at this beautiful condo and the first time we stayed for a month. The owner is very accomodating to our specific needs. The location is excellent in the heart of the plateau with many nearby restaurants, parks and interesting walks. The building itself is very secure and quiet. No parking is provided. We came with a car but chose to park it in a parking lot several blocks away that charged us $50 for the week. The TV only has a few channels but high-speed wi-fi is provided as well as a computer. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed many home-cooked meals here.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

This is a nice apartment and at the price very hard to beat. As advertised, it is open, bright, clean and well equipped. The landlord is cheerful, friendly and very good in responding to questions. Good location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. I would certainly recommend it to friends and family (as it was recommended to us). And I would definitley stay there again (as we are already planning to do)!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, people with disabilities.

Great location as it is close to a metro station but also in a very vibrant part of Montreal. Great food close by with (Swartz's is a 5 minute walk), plenty of bars and interesting night spots combined with a good number of trendy shops kept us happy. I would highly recommend this rental.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

Studio was spacious, clean, and had everything you would need - extra linens, towels, toiletries, complete kitchen. Owner was easy to talk to, responsive, and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very roomy loft in Le Plateau. The owner was very considerate and helpful, and everything we needed was available nearby: restaurants, grocery store, metro. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
