Location: Orleans, Cape Cod, Massachusetts, USA
Accommodations: Cottage, 2 Bedrooms + No additional sleeping rooms avail, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4)
Keywords: Cottage
This newly renovated, nicely furnished and exceptionally clean, sweet, little cottage located across from the Orleans Town Cove, is within walking distance to bike path, shopping and restaurants. We are situated in Orleans center but you would never know it in this secluded, friendly little neighborhood. Right next door to the famous Cottage Street Bakery, you can enjoy early morning treats on a porch rocker, overlooking rambling roses and the cove.
Small master bedroom has a queen-size bed. A tiny second bedroom has 2 twin beds for one or two persons. The fully-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and a small dining table. The living room has the charm of an old stone fireplace. Unfortunately, it is not functional, but certainly adds to the ambiance. The cottage has a small yard with cove views for grilling and eating outdoors.
Proximity to the cove offers a wide variety of leisure activities such as kayaking, sailing, fishing, and watercraft access to the ocean beach. Nauset Beach (ocean) is three miles and Rock Harbor and Skaket Beach (Cape Cod Bay) are two miles. Just 3 miles to the Cape Cod National Seashore Visitor Center and Coast Guard Beach. The Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike path) connects you to all towns on the Cape. Orleans is a great location, central to all towns on either end of Cape Cod.
Wireless Internet and Broadband are both available.

We returned again to your quaint little cottage over the Labor Day weekend and have a FABULOUS time!!!! So glad that Hurricane Earl didn't ruin our time, just some rain and wind during the night but the rest of the weekend was gorgeous! Can't wait to decide on which we we'll come up for next summer and bring our kayaks! Thanks so much!!!!

We had a great time. We love the cottage. We found the stove difficult to light. We also bought 3 cereal bowls at the thrift shop and left them here. We would love to come back next year at the same time if we are able.

All the magic of the "Enchanted Cottage." What a charming and welcoming retreat you have created. Our visit has been much too short, so we fondly hope we will return.

Thank yo so much for your beautiful quaint cottage. Your touches of the little extras (kids books, games, magazines) made our stay even more pleasant. We love the proximity to our favorites, Cottage Street Bakery, P.J.'s and of course Nauset , Rock Harbor and the marshes. Also nice to walk around and shop!

Loved every minute here - great place, location - an absolutely perfect vacation. I think we could keep the bakery in business - not to mention the ice cream shop on the corner. We may have started a tradition here!

The "perfect getaway" for 3 "old" friends!! Loved the location and the coziness of the cottage. We had a wonderful time. The weather was super. The Cape is such a special place. Hope to come back again, maybe even in the off season. If you go to P-Town, try "Napi's" - great food! Thanks.

Thanks so much for the use of your cottage. It was a perfect fit for us even though the weather wasn't. We enjoyed our week here and hope to come back soon. Thanks also for allowing our "girls" to come along. We were comfortable and snug even with the Nor'Easter happening outside. By the way, we really liked your art on the walls. Especially the still life in the kitchen over the table.
