Location!!! location!!! location!!! Holiday Pavilion Tower is a beach reosrt located in the heart of downtown Myrtle Beach with all the attractions. The new SKY WHEEL and Pier 14 are just short walking distance. You can walk on the boardwalk while enjoy the beach and sun. There are countless shops, restaurants, bars, parks in this area. You even do not have to move your car during your stay.
Well-equipped unit accomodates up to 6-8 people. 6th floors above ocean and direct oceanfront with private balcony. This unit has a bedroom with two double size beds, living room with fold down double Murphy bed, one bath, fully equipped kitchen. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath, ceramic floor tile. Flat screen TV’s are in each room. All linens and towels will be provided for you.
There is complementary high-speed wireless internet access in the condo.
This resort also offers indoor/outdoor pools, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, lazy river, kiddie pool play area, If you love the beach, great restaurants and shopping, golf, or just relaxing in general, this inviting Myrtle Beach condo is the only place to be!
This is no-smoking condo. No pets allowed.
During the peak season summer months, the condo is available by the week only (Saturday to Saturday).

My son and I were here last year for 4th of July and I have already reserved it again for this year. Richard is easy to deal with and the condo is clean and just as represented here in the pictures. It is right on the boardwalk which is awesome. The view is beautiful and having the pier with restaurant right there is also a nice option. We had dinner one night outside the restaurant, watching the sky wheel colors changing, and watching the beach as well. Awesome. This place has a nice bar by the pool, an indoor pool and lazy river, as well as seats around the pool and beyond in a really nice grassy area oceanfront. The skywheel is next door so you can lounge in or by the pool at night and watch the lights. There is a nice pier you can walk to with a good restaurant right on the water. This place is right on the strip. The one inconvenience is the parking situation. There is an unloading area in front, then you have to either find a space across the street or down the block. The do have two parking areas but it is take your chances. That does not take away from this condo at all though, it is on the beach, right on the boardwalk, with a great view. It is clean. It is right in the action so you could literally park your car and walk to restaurants and just enjoy the beaches and pool! Please note that we are frequent visitors to MB and users of VRBO. We rarely go to the same place twice because I love to see all the different areas. This one we are doing again for the second year in a row. We have also rented from Richard at one of his other places and it was all good. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

As first-time renters through VRBO, we had many worries, and many questions, but Richard had the patience, and was available by phone or e-mail for everything. He made the process easy for us. The pictures of the condo does showing how beautiful it actually is. Everything was spotlessly clean, and anything we could have possibly needed was provided. The location was excellent for all of the Myrtle Beach has, pretty much central to everything. When we needed rest, the balcony was the place to be; sit, relax, and watch everyone else pass by on the boardwalk and beach. Don't pass up this condo if you have the opportunity to stay in Myrtle Beach! We're already making plans for 2014!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

My husband and I have no complaints regarding our experience with the condo or owner. We would definitely rent this condo again! our stay here was great.. we had easy access to the beach, the pier, and the ability to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go.. the room was in great shape and very clean and the owners were quick to respond to information/requests.. we will be looking into staying here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo and also enjoyed the beach. The condo had everything we needed and then some. The access to the beach was great. We really appreciaeted having the beach chairs, etc. waiting for us so we didn't spend money on things we would only use once. Everything was great with this condo and with our trip. We will come back!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.
