  We have definately found our favorite beach home!! Perfect location, 5 minute drive to town, very easy to find. Far enough away from the crowds but close enough to run into town for dinner, drinks etc. The home is absolutely beautiful. Nice big towels for your use in the bathrooms.... I definately wanted to take the huge shower home with me. The porch is amazing and is where we spent 90% of our time, plenty of seating with a nice little picnic table and plenty of beach chairs. High tide with the full moon was about 50ft from the porch wall. A few vendors stopping by the patio with items for sale but not enough to be a bother and they were very polite not pushy at all. One of the girls on our trip purchased an hour massage on the porch for $50. The owner was very easy to work with and was very accomodating when my pay pal account had been breached/locked and I was unable to pay the deposit thru the pay pal sight (pay pal still doesn't have it corrected even after sending documentation/utility bills) A big part of me wants to keep this gem a secret, so it's not completely booked the next time we want to head down to paradise. Be sure to bring your own ipod docking station or sterio as that is the ONLY thing missing from this amazing beach home. Hoping to rent it again in October!

  ... you want to rent whenever you head to Rocky Point. Wonderfully appointed 3 bedroom 3 bath exceeded what we expected to find-- and we had high expectations. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils and all systems were 'go' for our visit. The little barby on the back patio was perfect for the shrimp and fajitas we cooked one evening. (Charcoal is available at a little super mercado a few blocks away). Although the house is as comfortable as one could want, the patio is the place you will spend much of your time-- feet up on the little wall right next to your margarita-- as you are mesmerized by the sound of the waves. High tide had the waves breaking about 50 feet from our chairs. Truly beautiful. The house location, convenient to the entry gate, makes getting out to town and back easy, even if you forget something. Also, having stayed in Sandy Beach condos our last few times down, we found our beach to be as quiet as if we were on an isolated beach somewhere else. Better yet, you didn't need to go down or up an elevator, then walk through crowded courtyards to get to the beach. I think there are about 7 steps down from the patio to the beach. During the day there were a few other folks enjoying the beach, but, nothing like the crowded, sometimes loud experience that is the norm at the Sandy Beach resort areas. We'll be back for sure.

  My family and I had a great time at this property. The location of the house is great, view is amazing. house was very clean, Plenty of space in the house. Great for family with kids.

  This home is beautiful. The house is not fancy and could use a little updating but it is large and comfortable with plenty of room for a big family. This house has great views of the Sea of Cortez. We were able to open windows at night and listen to the waves as we fell asleep. It has a nice covered patio overlooking the beach that has a picnic table for meals with wonderful ambiance. The owner is nice and easy to deal with. My family will for sure use this home again in the future. Hopefully soon...

  Our kids loved low tide. The tidal pools gave them hours of entertainment both in the morning and at night ... bring a flashlight to view ocean night creatures. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable and had all the comforts of home and the neighborhood was quiet. Terry was helpful and always friendly. We had a really nice family vacation.

  Loved this property! We had a very memorable stay! We've been to Rocky Point - Las Conchas rental houses before ... and this was by far our favorite. It was very close to town / shopping / restaurants. The beach was quiet. The shore is both sandy and rocky depending on the time of day. So great for kids to search for water creatures when rocky ... and perfect for swimming when its sandy. The house was perfect for us. The kids had their own bedroom .. and the parents had their own bedrooms. Anytime we had a question ... Sergio was there to help out at the property. You will have a great time. Perfect location for families!

  This is an excellent beachfront home in Las Conchas at a great price! Very close to the guard shack, which was nice because when we needed to take a cab into town we could just walk up and have them call one for us instead of finding someone to drive us up there. Kitchen is open to the large greatroom and we burned a fire every night in the large brick fireplace- it actually RAINED when were there and was kinda chilly (late Jan.)! bedrooms are very large and plenty of room for everyone to spread out!

  I have just returned from this property in Las Conchas and wanted to add my review to Terry's comments. The house is lovely and very large - you can easily go with another family and split the cost making it even more affordable. I went with my husband and 3 teenage boys and we had room to spare. The house looks just like the photos posted. Terry was easy to reach and gave us tips on where to go/what to do in Rocky Point. The trip down was easy, the roads were good, and I always felt completely safe. I will definitely rent from Terry again. I now consider this "my beach house in Las Conchas."

  I regretfully had decided to stay away from Rocky Point the last 6 1/2 years due to all the "bad things"that were happening over there, that is a huge misconception! A group of 8 of us decided to go & we found the Bennett house on VRBO, from day 1 dealing with Terry was very pleasant, he is a very kind man. They have a beautiful beach front home. We enjoyed our stay very much, so much when it was time to leave we wanted to stay another day. The walk to the beach is very close, the view from the patio is amazing! The inside of the house is very spacious. They have all amenities necessary. The house is just as displayed in the pictures, even better. I would recomment this property and I would like to stay in this home again when we return to Rocky Point. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

  We've stayed in many of the different homes in Las Conchas, but this is now our favorite. The bedrooms are massive and comfortable, kitchen was large and very well laid out. The views from all but the back bedroom are incredible! Several times we saw dolphins swim by while just standing inside, once while preparing a meal they caught my eye. The dolphins came by many times each and every day, often in pods of over a dozen close to shore. We also saw sea lions twice right off shore playing, so the wildlife was BUSY in December. We had a full moon and the reef on the beach made for great tides pools to explore, even seeing a small red octopus at low tide. Old town/port area is less than 10 minutes away, stores less than 5. What a wonderful quiet and secluded location for family beach time. No major problems and the place was well stocked with all the basics expected, plus more. There was no DVD player and the one TV was small, but that was not what we came to do so not an issue. With views and a beach like that, who needs electronics? We'll be back!! Thank you, Terry and family, for allowing us to stay in your home!
