Miners Run condo description
Welcome to one of the most spectacular locations in Summit County, Colorado! Our townhome was originally the developer's unit of the Miners Run development, a part of the Wildernest subdivision on beautiful Buffalo Mountain at Silverthorne. Besides possessing extra nice amenities, it has special and unique views from all angles and all rooms.
From one of the best decks in Colorado, look east and see the Front Range and the I-70 winding up to the Eisenhower tunnel. Look south across beautiful Lake Dillon (sailing and powerboat rentals) and see the ski runs of Keystone. Look west and see the Ten Mile Range (Breckinridge) and look north and see the Gore Range. Hike in the Aspen tree forest around Miners Run (formerly a gold mine) and you may see a fox or a moose. Above the development are the hiking trail heads to the top of Buffalo Mountain.
Relax in the private hot tub with those spectacular deck views, protected from rain and snow with a roof, and immediately outside the main level living room sliding patio door.
We are surrounded by six world class ski resorts (Keystone 10 minutes away and Vail 30 minutes). Free bus service is a block from Miners Run to various stops around Summit County. The famous Factory Outlet Stores of Silverthorne and a trout fishing brook are at the base of the Wildernest development. The choices of restaurants in the quaint historic mountain towns Dillon, Frisco, and Breckinridge are extensive and very reasonable. A grocery supermarket is 5 minutes away.
We are two miles from the the I-70 entrance (Exit 205) and 70 miles west of Denver.
Your family will be delighted you made Miners Run #76 your Colorado vacation destination!

Just what our family needed!
Just what our family needed!
We want to say, "Thank You for a wonderful weekend!" The property was perfect! It was big enough for our family, clean & comfortable enough that we didn't mind spending our entire Saturday night just hanging out at "home". Lots of extras to be found, for instance the sample toothpastes in all bathrooms, and lotion everywhere!! That was a really nice touch, in our dry Colorado climate. This may sound silly, but another great touch was the family pictures on the wall. DEFINITELY made it feel like a "home" and not just a rental. The only hang up we ran into was the hot tub not heating up. When I emailed my concern, we had a repair man at our door within 10 MINUTES. I'm not kidding! He helped us out, and even though there were some issues with it, we were able to make it work. Not an issue for us. The views are amazing, the neighborhood was quiet, and very close to the factory outlet stores. Our family would love to visit again next year. Thanks so much for opening your home to us. It was a fabulous weekend!

Manager response: Thank you so much for the nice review. We always like people who appreciate the property as much as we do. We would love to have you back again! We are so sorry about the hot tub. We have it checked weekly but you never know with those things. Thank you for being so understanding about it. All out best, Chris and Steve

Why Miners Run:
We learned about this property in 2000 on a trip to Summit County and I told a realtor to call me if it ever came up for sale. Shortly after 9/11, the developer put it up for sale and the realtor called me the moment it listed. We flew out and bought it 5 days later.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Everything Colorado has to offer is right here and the breathtaking views keep bringing us back. It's so easy to jump on and off I-70 and go virtually anywhere. You can blend in with the very friendly locals in Dillon or go to Vail and be a pampered visitor.
