  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: one of the best rentals we have stayed at clean up to date lots of room everything you need is right there even spices to cook with the staff was very helpful Jennifer made our vacation wonderful and easy any problem's we had were taken care of right away they went out of there way to make our vacation great we will look them up next time we rent in PCB thank you again Rodney

  This is one of the best places we have stayed at and we are also blue green owners .we couldn't find a place in panama city beach for a wedding we had to go to though our club so i started looking around and i found this place i have never done an owner rental before and Jennifer took care of everything for us and made it go real smoothly she was very helpful and we will call Jennifer next time we need a place in PCB We had a couple little things we needed help with like the wy-fi we couldn't get to work and she sent someone over right away and it was taken care of she went out of her way to help us . so if anything is wrong or goes wrong they will get it fixed fast. As far as the condo gos its good size for two couples and a few kids in the bunk room they have everything you might need except a hair dryer we had to go get one for my wife , you might want to bring movies to watch there aren't very many cannels to watch on tv if you want to do that i was disappointed couldn't watch monday night football but i did get to watch my team on Sunday over all we had a great time the place was clean we had lots of room and we will be back :) great find.

  First, let me say I'm not the type of person that would generally write reviews. Over the years I have stayed at many locations in Panama City Beach on a regular basis; some were good and some were bad. However, they all were what I expected or paid for and I was never shocked. This particular place is very nicely decorated and roomy, but it was lacking in several areas. 1. I had paid an additional $25 dollars to have my check in time upgraded from 4:00 to 12:00, I had not heard from my contact at 12:00 so I called and was told they were not sure if the room was ready or not. I did get a call back at 12:51 stating the room was clear and ready, which in my opinoin should have been ready at 12:00 since, they charge a fee to be ready earlier. 2. Once we got into the room, I did not have any parking passes which are required, so I called again and was told to wait for someone to bring them to us in 15 minutes. An hour later and after being told by security they could not promise we would not be towed, we received the passes. 3. The description describes how well cleaned and stocked the room is and that was not the case at all when I went. There was sand about a 1/4" deep in the bathtub; old used soap in every shower; and food on the floor. So, the higher than average cleaning fee that I was originally okay paying for at this place, because it was supposed to be clean seemed like a poor decision. Also, the document I got stated that the supplies last the average family for an entire week - We had 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper; 6 towels and 6 rags for 8 people. I spoke to the person onsite and I was told that we were not able to get more towels or rags, which would have been fine if the dryer worked in the room (it turns on, but does not dry). So, we went out bought our supplies, rags and towels and made the most of it but would have prefered to know this upfront and I would have carried these with me. However, the next time I go to Panama in October I will be sure to stay at a place that actually is clean and does not have any issues assisting it's guests. If anyone does decide to stay here know that the place is somewhat nice looking, but for the cost involved there are cleaner and friendlier places down the beach. Again, I'm not the type of person that likes to complain, but if I would have known these types of things I could possibly planned better or at least made a better informed decision.

  Owner response: My Apology. I am terribly sorry this happened to you. It sounds like the systems we had in place all summer completely had a breakdown the day of your arrival. I hope you can see from our other reviews this is not our normal way of doing things. Our policy is very strict with cleaners that if there is any issue; the cleaner has to go back and correct. I'm sorry you didn't let me know about the towels and supplies but I also understand you are just ready to relax and not worry about it. So please accept my apology and I do thank you for letting me know about these issues. I will get this corrected and hope you will give us another chance when the opportunity presents itself.

  We enjoyed our stat at Grandview very much. The Condo was exactly as described. The managers were more than helpful answered our questions quickly all problems (1) small one was taken care of immediately. The area in and around this property was kept very clean. The food and entertainment venues that the manager gave us were great.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We had a great time. Only problem that we had were with the TV remotes could not find one that worked in master bed room or living area. It really was not a problem as we did not come to watch TV anyway.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We will have maintenance make sure we have matching remotes with batteries with every TV. Please let us know if you'd like to reserve this unit for next year!

  We were very pleased with the condo, the property was clean and well maintained and accurate in description. We had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer and Bill, the day of our arrival. They were delightful, recommended places to see and restaurants. My only recommendation..... If you are over 25..... Do not come on March Break!!!!!!!!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Owner response: We are happy you came to Panama City Beach. You are correct about this location during the college spring break season - Late Feb. - Mid March. There are other areas of the beach that don't have as many young vacationers. This is the "hot spot" during that time period. Try us again with a different location off the beaten path!
