Sunrise/Sunset is a two-unit beachfront duplex located at 133 Miramar Drive in Mexico Beach, Florida. Positioned approximately 30 miles east of Panama City on US Hwy 98, Mexico Beach is known as the 'The Forgotten Coast' and offers a small quiet beach community with some of the cleanest and safest beaches in Florida. The area offers one of the few unspoiled beaches in the Florida Panhandle and provides a variety of activities for the whole family. The sandy white beaches are perfect for long walks and the area is free of the noise and congestion found in many other beachfront areas along the Panhandle. You can fish from the city pier or from one of the many locally available charter boats --fishing is exceptional in these waters-- or visit one of the many nearby snorkeling and shelling destinations. There is plenty of marine life to view such as dolphins, stingray, sea turtle nests, and the ever-popular sand crabs to hunt at night.
Sunrise/Sunset is located at the end of Miramar Drive, directly on the Gulf and next to the Mexico Beach canal. The location is very private and allows you to relax and enjoy the unhurried pace... the way the beach is supposed to be! Enjoy from this beachfront house the beautiful Forgotten Coast sunsets, sugar-white beaches, and the boats that come in and out of the canal. Walk out the door, down a short sandy, private path through the sea oats to the beach. It is walking distance to Mexico Beach’s pier, marina, shops and restaurants. The unit perfect for families who want to relax, have the comforts of home, stay in town, but enjoy privacy. It is kid friendly and kid safe at the end of the street.
The 1000 square foot Gulf front, non-smoking unit has a screened porch that overlooks the beach. The unit includes a combination living, kitchen, and dining area. One of the two bedrooms has two full size beds with bath. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and the bath is located in the hallway. The floor is covered with terrazzo tile throughout the unit, is fully furnished, and has been updated with a well-equipped kitchen. The unit includes a laundry room.
You can't get closer to the beach than this ground level, beachfront house. Come for a visit! There's nothing quite like walking barefoot from the house to the water. You’ll be glad you did!!!!!! Please note this is a duplex. The calendar is marked 'Booked' only if both units are rented. Please inquire for all other dates.

About the owner: I owned a Condominium in Seagrove Beach, Florida. While it was beautiful there, it has become very crowded and I did not enjoy sharing my conversations with the neighbors on the beach. I came to Mexico Beach because I love the relaxed atmosphere, and the uncrowned, beautiful beaches the Forgotten Coast offers. You can’t get much closer to Paradise.
Why the Owner Chose Mexico Beach: Great Beachfront Location! Beautiful views and dynamic wide sugar-sand beaches........
