This is a two bedroom condo-- there is a kitchen, living area, bedroom, full bathroom and balcony downstairs as well as a bedroom upstairs with another bathroom and shower. Both bedrooms have queen beds. It is directly across the street from Park City Mountain Resort. The condo has a heated pool and jucuzzi. It has recently been remodeled. There are flat screenTV's in the sitting area downstairs and upstairs in the bedroom with full cable and wireless internet.
Just a two minute walk across the street to get to the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort. Washer/dryer in unit. Beautliful balcony with amazing moutain views. One of the nicest units in the complex with the lowest rental rate. Granite countertops, slate floors, 50 inch Sony Bravia in living area. Heated pool and jacuzzi. Ample parking and directly on the free bus line.
There is a cleaning fee of $75 for stays under five nights.
