First Floor: Open kitchen and living room with slider to outside deck. Powder room off kitchen. Master bedroom with full Memory Foam bed and full bathroom. Living room has a flat screen LCD with Direct TV.
Second Floor: Bedroom with king Temperpedic bed and another bedroom with Memory Foam twin beds; shared full bathroom. Direct TV in all rooms.
Lower Level: Open finished space for playroom with a queen deluxe raised Aerobed. New washer and dryer.
All new interior furnishings, appliances, linens and serving ware.
Wonderful three bedroom cottage on bike path less than one mile from Madaket beach. Home has been completely updated with all new appliances, new furniture and renovated bathrooms. Our home has 2 full baths and one half bath and a great back yard. Each bedroom has DirectTV, and the living area and the Master Bedroom boast flat screen LCD televisions. The home also has a full, finished basement for indoor play and crafts. Each bedroom features a new memory foam mattress, with the master enjoying a king Tempurdepic. Large rear deck and charming front patio with fire pit for enjoying our famous Madaket sunsets. We have Wii!
