  We were a very large group who rented this house because we were attending a friend's wedding in the area. We could not have had a better experience. First, the owner was very responsive and was happy to work with our schedule. We wanted to rent the house midweek to midweek. We also got really quick responses to our questions during our stay (i.e. how to use the wireless internet). He was also happy to recommend restaurants and direct us to local sites. Second, the house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated in a beachy-themes. We found everything we needed in terms of kitchen tools, trash bags and beach chairs. Finally, the location was ideal. We were very close to the center of Mansaquan with its restaurants, shops, etc. There was also a grocery store just down the street. It's also a very quick drive to the surrounding areas, the center of Spring Lake and the movie theater. Most importantly, we were just minutes walking from the beach. We were there in late September and would really recommend a visit that time of year. The beaches were fairly empty but it was still warm enough to swim and relax. It was perfect. We would recommend this house to anyone interested in vacationing in the area or in the area for any other reason.

  My friends and I have been renting in the Spring Lake / Manasquan area for Memorial Weekend for the past four years. MDW 2012 was our first year in this house. The house has ample space and is in an excellent location. We had a larger group and everyone slept comfortably. The backyard was great for a day bbq. The kitchen, living, and dining area is a large open room which was extremely conducive for our larger group. The landlord was extremely responsive and great to work with. Our group will be renting this home again!

  Recently rented this house with a group of friends, and couldn't be more pleased. The house was very comfortable, and in great shape. It had all the conveniences you could ask for. The gas grill was great for barbecuing for a big group, and the deck was roomy enough for everyone. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was also great, with the beach and all the bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great stay in Manasquan.

  We have been renting this home for the past 4 years for our annual "Ladies Retreat" weekend, and have found this rental very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is cozy. The gas grill is great for cooking for a large group. The owner takes very good care of the place and each year we come, there are new updates which are a pleasant surprise. Master bedroom has a new matress which is wonderful.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

  My friends and I rented this house for the past 5 summers. We absolutely love this house! The house is huge and has more than enough space to entertain guests. It is a short walk to the beach, local restaurants and bars. Huge living room for entertaining or spending a rainy day on the couch. This house is far nicer than most rental properties on the Jersey shore and is great for families or friends. The landlord is very nice, easy to work with and responsive. I highly recommend this house.
