Beautifully furnished and decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse located just 1 block from the beach and 1 block from the bay on the southern end of the island. Situated on a large corner lot with panoramic views and a fenced in yard with gas grill and furniture. This town home layout features two master suites with full baths and decks, and a tiled jacuzzi tub in the main master suite. Both decks (one covered and one open) have comfortable deck furniture. This home is family friendly and extremely comfortable. It is designed to provide room for families to spread out. There is a fully equipped kitchen and all bedrooms have numerous blankets and pillows. The home is equipped with central air conditioning and all bedrooms and main living area have ceiling fans.The entertainment center has a 51' HD flat screen cable TV with VCR, DVD, and surround sound stereo system. Wireless internet is provided. There is a TV in every bedroom, a video and book library, and numerous board games and puzzles. The window seat alcove with table is very comfortable for reading, using your laptop computer, playing a game or puzzle, or for extra dining space. Between the kitchen table, the counter stools and the window nook, you can seat 14 for dining. If you include the covered deck, you add 8 additional dining spaces.

About the owner: My husband and I have been married 33 years, have 3 sons and a daughter-in-law. We both come from large families. We love the beach and have many happy family times here. I am a nursing manager and my husband works for habitat for humanity.
Why the Owner Chose Sea Isle City:
We love the family atmosphere in Sea Isle City. The beaches are large and very flat. They lend themselves to many recreational activities. We love to walk, kayak, and boogie board. We also read, nap, and play lots of games such as Bocce, Baggo, and ladder golf on the beach. It's a great area to visit with family and friends and relax. The island is very flat and very good for bike riding. The island is about 6 miles long and very bike-able. It's nice to park the car and leave it and bike everywhere while you are there.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Sea Isle City is a small quiet family town. There are numerous recreational activities with out leaving the island. It is also close to so many other towns and activities. We enjoy going to Cape May to see the Victorian homes, shop and eat at the numerous quaint shops and restaurants, and see amazing sunsets over the Delaware bay.. We love to go next door to Avalon and Stone Harbor for the shopping and dining. We also enjoy Ocean City year round for the boardwalk and all the activities they offer. Wildwood has a very large boardwalk with many large amusements and water parks. Lastly, if you like shopping, eating, and gambling, there is Atlantic City with large boardwalk, numerous casinos and nightclubs, and a large outlet shopping center.
