  My friend and I have greatly enjoyed staying at this appartment. We felt like locals. Both bedrooms are good size and the living room/dining room area is spacious and bright. It is about a ten minute walk to the historic center and is also close to the Maria Novella area just beside the bus and train station. We would definitely go back not only to Firenze but to this appartment.

  From the moment you turn the key and enter this sharp and immaculate little gem you will be delighted with it. My wife and I spent a couple of weeks in Clemente's exceedingly well-kept, attractive place and all our memories are special. The bed is firm, ample and comfortable, the furnishings are tasteful, the kitchen and bathroom are perfectly functional and well-maintained, and with its bright, well-lit living area it is a warm and welcoming home away from home. Situated near the main bus/railroad station, where one can grab a train to Rome or Venice or a bus to Sienna or San Gimignano, but away from the bustle of the center, it is within easy reach by city bus of all the grand attractions of Florence, and just a stroll from Santa Maria Novella, the Academy, and the Medici Chapel. Clemente, the owner, is fluent in English and a warm, friendly and attentive host, and if comfort with style is what you need on your stay in Florence you will not do better than this cozy nest. We recommend it very highly.

  Stayed almost three weeks in this spacious well located condo. Particularly enjoyed the exposure to the local residential district while being in reasonable walking distance to the tourist treasures located in the center of Florence. Bright and clean. Owner Clemente was attentive to our needs and was available for information and assistance without delay. We would happily return to this condo in the future or recommend it to friends..

  This is a nice place: 1. It is clean. 2. The photos are accurate. 3. It is spacious. 4. There are three of us, but it can handle six. 5. The water is hot. (It takes a few seconds) 6. Internet connection is good. I amusing it now. 7. Appliances are new. 8. Air conditioner works. 9. The owner came up the afternoon we arrived and showed us how everything worked. Nice fellow. 10. There is no elevator.

  This is a beautiful two bedroom apartment centrally located with a fully equipped kitchen and view of a beautiful park across the street. It is close to all the amenities and attractions of Florence. Clemente the owner was extremely helpful and gave very good instructions on how to reach the apartment and gave helpful suggestions on where to eat etc..The apartment made our stay in florence very memorable.   Close to Florence SMN Train Station. Located in a nice area that makes you feel like a local. There is tons of space in the apartment to move about, great to be able to do our laundry, sit at the dining room table or on the sofa while checking email or doing a web search for a Seqway provider (do this) in Florence. Clean, comfy, AND Clemente was very gracious and helpful.

  The apartment on Filippo Strozzi is elegant, spacious and totally modern at the same time! Clemente is an attentive and considerate host and made sure we were comfortbale and well oriented with the apartment features and area. This property has been upgraded with many features and conveniences. It was sparkling clean and felt so safe. Internet connection was fast and consistent and all the appliances are new and state of the art. The furnishings and the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for dining in. The best cafes and gelatorias are steps from the front door! The location is perfect - less than10 minute walk from/to train station - with luggage and 10 minutes to big farmers market, Accademia and about 25 minutes stroll to the Uffizi. We loved walking in the gorgeous park directly across the street on the grounds of Fortezza da Basso. The neighbourhood has plenty of banks & ATMs, gelatorias, restaurants, bars, small markets and services like hair & aesthetics and more. We felt less like tourists and more like locals by staying in this area. Access to the roads out of town to other major tourist sites such as Pisa, Lucca, Chianti, Siena and more is convenient. We rented a car for a few days to drive parts of Tuscany and kept it in the parkaing garage 1 1/2 blocks away. We stayed for 7 nights and would definitely return for more stays at this elegant home. I highly recommend this property and have already suggested it to other family for their vacation next year. Many, many thanks to Clemente for making our first visit to Florence so perfect! We hope to see you again soon!

  We stayed in this wonderful apartment for 5 nights this spring. Clemente was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The apartment is in a great location - it is approx a 10 minute walk from Duomo square where there are plenty of restaurants and other activities. You can basically walk everywhere from here - the longest walk we did was to Pizzale Michaelangelo and it was only about 30 minutes. However for being so close to everything it was very quiet for sleeping. There are also several coffee shops/gelato right outside the door. We were expecting to get a little bit more for our money here than in some of the larger cities in Europe, but we were shocked at how nice the apartment was when we arrived! It's very spacious, with nice new updated bedrooms/kitchen/bathroom. The kitchen is also fully stocked and we were able to cook several meals in. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Florence, and certainly recommend it to others!

  We found the apartment as per listing description, it had been recently completely renovated. It was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean, well equipped and very convenient for 2 couples.We were able to find a parking space just under our window on arrival date. We later parked our car outside the inner city area and walked everywhere.We were well received by the owner Mr. Clemente, a charming young man very welcoming and accommodating. He even left us with a charged cell phone. The apartment is within walking distance to most sites of interest of Florence and very quiet with new double glazed windows. we certainly would recommend this spacious, bright apartment. it is a very good value for the price.   Siamo stati ospiti di questo meraviglioso appartamento alla fine del mese di agosto e desideriamo rendere pubblica la nostra enorme soddisfazione. La casa è splendida, ristruturata e arredata in modo impeccabile, con una attenzione maniacale ai particolari, al design e alle comodità grandi e piccole (c’è il WiFi; c’è un telefono cellulare a disposizione degli ospiti; ci sono guide e numeri utili; ci sono indicazioni dettagliate per fruire di tutti i servizi della zona, che sono numerosi e a portata di mano). Il palazzo è un antico edificio silenzioso e ricco di fascino. La zona è ben servita e il centro di Firenze si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi. Il gentilissimo proprietario Clemente, attento e discreto, fa tutto ciò che è possibile per rendere perfetto il soggiorno, con una attenzione al dettaglio che molto raramente capita di trovare Degno di un hotel a 5 stelle, consigliato senza riserve
