Enjoy your morning coffee or tea or an afternoon beverage on the patio as you view the golfers on the No. 1 green of this PGA tournament golf course.
Perhaps a swim suits you? Well you can be poolside with one just a few steps from our home. If the beach is in your plans, you can ride your bike or drive your car to the Sea Pines Beach Club.
And don't forget to stop by the South Beach Marina, home to the Salty Dog and many other shops and eateries.
We personally inspect our home 2 times per year to ensure our guests that everything is in working order and the unit is in good condition.

You have come to to the right place, Grab a chair down at the marina and just take in the sounds and sights, In the evenings, live music fills the air once Gregg Russel finishes his nightly performance, Off the Sea Pines plantation you can find more of the same, You will have a hard time fitting everything in during one week

My wife and I enjoyed this place very much. Everything as advertised and more. Located just blocks away (walking distance) from numerous activities and restaurants. Plan on staying there again.

we loved this villa. we are snowbirds and are here from January 15th till May 15th. The location is perfect, the view outstanding, the owners are great to work with and we will be back next year. We love having the 2 levels, the powder room on the first floor, loved having the court yard for storing our bikes. the property was immaculate, attention to detail was evidenced. Thanks to the owners Don and Tish who have really kept this villa a true home away from home.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.
