This single story duplex condo is one of four on a cul de sac in a gated community on the North end of Palm Springs. Sunrise Palms consists of 360 duplex units and was built in 1985 off Racquet Club Road near the entrance to the Palm Springs Tram. It is located about 3 miles North of the main part of Palm Springs. This unit is a two bedroom, one bath that comfortably sleeps 5. The spacious river rock covered backyard is gated, and pet friendly with two grapefruit trees and a Pawley's Island double hammock. The night lighted patio has a gas barbecue, table, chairs for four and two lounge chairs facing East with a great mountain view. This unit is directly across the street from one of eight gated pools and hot tub spas. There is a spacious greenbelt walk with a putting green, basketball courts and several tennis courts. The condo has available house phone, wi-fi open wireless connections, cable 42" wall mounted flatscreen TV, and a high def DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee and espresso makers and a microwave. There is an indoor washer and dryer enclosed from the dining area. There is a one car attached lockable garage and several outdoor parking spaces. This unit was completely remodeled five years ago with tile floors and new furniture throughout and a completely refurbished kitchen and bathroom.

If you are looking for a nice peaceful place for a vacation, THIS is the place. A very "homey" place, nicely decorated, plenty of towels, cook ware and an up to date Entertainment Center. Located close to great dining, shopping, golf courses and entertainment. The Condo is just across a quiet street from a beautiful pool and hot tub, which we enjoyed every day. The Owners left many helpful suggestions that kept us busy, as well as acquainting us with all of the other towns, which were all very close by. We have recommended this Condo to our friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our stayof two weeks. The owners were very helpful and the place was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Fresh fruit on the trees in the fenced yard and a relaxing hammock to enjoy the sunny days. Located close to shopping and easy drive from airport and restaurants. The neghbors in this complex are very nice as well. We can't wait to go back next fall or winter.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Palms:
As soon as we come into Palm Springs we relax! The weather and the people are great. There are a lot of good resturants (Billy Reed's) and the Film Festival in January, the Coachella Music Festival, and the Follies are really top notch. The shopping is good especially for local art and antiques.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The eight pools and spas in the complex are not crowded and they are well maintained. The dogs love the open greenbelt area and the one of tennis courts is lit at night.
