Come and vacation in our third floor luxury condo at one of North Myrtle Beach's finest vacation resorts, Crescent Shores, which opened in June 2004. This popular two tower, luxury, oceanfront building, located in the Crescent Beach area, offers a 200 foot lazy river, 110 foot oceanfront pool, indoor heated pool during the winter, kiddie pool, 2 oversized oceanfront hot tubs and an exercise and fitness room.
Other amenities include wireless access to the internet and cable TV.
All this and more can be found at this year round family resort 'beach' town and you are just footsteps from the ocean. There is plenty to enjoy in all seasons.
Our gorgeous home away from home is a spacious 1800 plus square foot, four bedroom, three bath oceanfront end-unit condo on the third floor of the North Tower, overlooking the lazy river. We have a fully equipped upgraded kitchen with a pantry, built-in microwave, radiant stovetop oven, breakfast bar, granite counter tops and ceramic tile floors.
There is a separate dining area with a side ocean view and the living room, with its oceanfront views, has sliding glass doors that lead to a 27 foot oceanfront balcony. The balcony has six chairs and a round table, where you can relax while enjoying the ocean breeze and listening to the sounds of the ocean. There is a new 37' flat-panel television in the living room.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private bath with a whirlpool garden tub, separate shower and a double sink. There is a sliding glass door that leads to the oceanfront balcony, where you can take in the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The second bedroom has a king and in the third bedroom, there are two queens. These two rooms have a bathroom that connects them. The fourth bedroom has two queens.
Each bedroom has its own television. All bedrooms with the exception of the second bedroom have a DVD/VCR combo unit. The master has a 30-inch flat screen LCD TV. The second bedroom has a wall mounted LCD television. There are also ceiling fans in the master bedroom, the living room, and the dining room. All of the bathrooms feature granite countertops, with plenty of cabinet space and ceramic tile floors.
We have a laundry room with a king size washer and dryer next to the kitchen area for your convenience. There is plenty of closet space throughout the condo to meet your storage needs. The covered, multi-level parking garage is across the street. Motorcycles, Trailers, RVs and boats are not allowed. Guests are not allowed to have pets on the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere in the unit, including the balcony.
We are close to Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row and a short drive to Broadway at the Beach and many other wonderful Myrtle Beach attractions. We are about 30 minutes from the Myrtle Beach airport. There are many fun things for all ages to enjoy.
Rentals are on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) only from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Minimum stay is two nights at all other times. Each request other than a weekly basis will be reviewed and accepted at owner’s discretion (Holidays, personal use, etc). Arrival is anytime after 3:00pm. Departure time is at or before 10:00am.
