  We rented this house for one week from Oct 2 to 9, This house has everything you ever need when you are away from your house. Very close to everything in Charlottetown, we were there for U16 soccer national championship which was help PEI univ. It was not even 5 minute drive. Very clean berrooms, washrooms, kitchen. Kitchen has everything you need to do cooking or baking. Again I am highly recommending this house to anyone who wants to rent it,

  We have stayed at this property several times over the last couple of years. Each time it has been a great experience. The house is modern, well kept, exceptionally clean, and decorated very nicely. Every possible amenity you will require for your renta is available ...A home away from home. Loads of space, bedrooms, full garage, beautifull back deck, the best of deck furniture, BBQ etc. A beautiful back yard, fire pit etc. Great for any family with kids, or persons 60 plus who golf, beach, etc. The great thing about this property is your just minutes from downtown, boardwalk, restaurants, pubs, arts & culture, shopping, etc, but still stay in a country setting. Would recommend Sims Corner Steakhouse, and oyster bar on Queen Street...Taxi fare downtown is $10-$12 for four people. Beaches and golf are close by. The owner is fully committed to your great vacation, and is only minutes away should you require anything, and or information. A park pass is also included. Everything you have in your own home is in and on this property for your use, and enjoyment. On arrival the fridge is stocked with your basics to help kickstart your vacation, without immeadiately going to a grocery store....We have travelled extensively, and this property rates as high as most we have rented....The exceptional little things the owner provides make your visit to PEI perfect. We will return again for sure!!!! Highly recommended.

I wanted my guests to feel like they were home with evertything they may need on a vacation.   Our stay in PEI was made all that more wonderful because of our accommodations. This was our home away from home and we were made truly welcome. I have rented many properties through VRBO and this home was the best equipped by far - Treats when we arrived, a clean home, amazing deck and backyard and enough room for four women! Close to everything "Country in the City" was perfect. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

  We just returned from our first stay at this property and were very pleased. We've been coming to PEI for years and this was the first year we decided to rent a home versus staying in a hotel and it was a very wise decision! The property was clean, very comfortable and exceeded our expections. This is not a typical vacation home rental, this is a home and it felt just like that! The owner was great to deal with! The owner ensured we felt welcome upon arrival with very thoughtful baked goods and other "hospitalities". Beds and furniture are comfortable, the home is spacious, the deck and backyard are great! The walking trails and park behind the property were an added suprise! We'll be looking for dates for our next trip to PEI so as to not miss out on renting this property again!

  We would highly recommend this rental property to anyone visiting the Charlottetown area. From very tasty treats and beverages upon our arrival to a beautiful yard and deck - this rental experience was outstanding. The reservation and payment process was very easy and efficient. The house was easy to find and close to attractions and major roads. It was very well maintained and we felt very comfortable and at home staying here. Every little detail to make our stay pleasant was thought of - down to providing beach towels and coolers for our usuage. We will recommend this property to anyone who is planning a trip to Prince Edward Island.

  This place was picture perfect !! We were welcomed with homemade banana muffins, cheese cake wine and beer ! The landscaping was amazing , the house was very clean and had everything that we needed ! We loved the deck , very quiet and peaceful as well as private. We liked the fact that it was close to all the ammenities that we needed ! It was also convenient having access to a washer and dryer and clothesline. All linens ,dish towels and cooking utensils were provided which saved us from having to bring all those things with us ! Our kids enjoyed making s'mores at the firepit in the back yard . The only thing that kinda bothered us was that it was a little damp in the downstairs area which brough some unwelcomed beatles and spiders ! Overall the place was the perfect getaway ! We would gladly stay there again if given the opportunity !!! Thanks so much

The humidity in our Province can be very high at times and adding another hudmidifier to the downstairs area will be a benfit.   Immediately felt very welcomed and right at home. Perfect quiet location near shopping, downtown Charlottetown and the airport as well very easy access to main roads. Loved taking walks on the path that went through a small park on the other side of wooded back yard. Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Truly enjoyed our stay.

  This was truly a home away from home. It had everthing one needs in a beautiful and tranquil setting. We were 6 extended family members staying together at a national hockey tournament and this was the perfect spot to be able to relax in. The location was perfect, close to the players hotel and the university. Shopping was on the way home from the rink and there was nothing we could think of that was not available in the area. The owner was extremely helpful and accomodating. Our experience could not have been better. We are actually hoping to return in the fall!

  Details, details, details! House is spotless, with a beautiful, private back yard, and all details have been thought of! The owner (Sandra) is also very friendly and helpful! What a welcoming surprise to arrive at a rental to find Wine, Home-Made red pepper Jelly, and Freshly baked banana muffins waiting for us in the kitchen, with a welcoming note! Not only that- but there is milk, coffee cream, coffee and tea stocked for our arrival. Great to come to a vacation home and not feel you have to immediately run out to buy the basics. We will definitely return!
