Very little negative can be said about this condo. The grounds and pool area are well maintained, great view of the ocean and beach, although the beach does pretty much vanish during period of very high tide. The unit is nicely furnished throughout, the kitchen is equipped with every conceivable appliance and utensil and is well supplied. Unit --- is directly opposite the elevators, so back bedroom occupants may occasionally hear some noise. The elevator shaft also blocks the afternoon sun and the view to the west to a certain extent.. The high speed WiFi worked well. The TV/cable was a little finicky at times. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone looking for relaxed, laidback accommodation.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Spent a week in this condo for spring break. Can't say enough good things about it. It has everything you need for the beach; beach toys, boogie boards, towels, chairs. The condo is clean, great beds and linens. Six of us stayed in condo, never felt like we were on top of each other. Has TV's and DVD players in all rooms. Big kitchen. Can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

Stayed at this property for 12 days. My sister and I do a getaway once or twice a year and this place was just great. The owner was a delight to do business with and the condo was perfect. Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. I can't think of a single thing that we needed that was not provided. Love the condo, love the complex. Can't wait to go back. Beautiful!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

Rented this condo with a group of women for a "girls get away" It was just perfect! The condo was clean and comfy. We loved sitting out on the patio drinking coffee and watching the ocean. The beach was nice and not overly crowded. The pool was great for the days we didnt want to mess with the sand. We took long walks on the beach every morning and I have never seen so many shells. The binder of helpful hints provided by the owner was great. Every restraunt they recomended we completely loved. I totally plan on returning to this condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

Stayed at the property for 4 days with family. It was wonderful. Close to shopping, restaurants.. JB's Fish House. The beach is quiet and great shell hunting. Took the kids to Canaveral Sea Shores (5 mintues from property) and spent 2 hours walking the beach, collecting shells and had a great time. The beds are comfortable, furnishings great, TV in family room, and both bed rooms. There were six of us and it was never "too small". The game room on the 12th floor is great. Can't wait to go again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

Our 20 plus years of vacationing at New Smyrna and our frequent travels to Walt Disney World have finally helped us make the decision to purchase a condo at the beach. We love the convenience of this condo complex and the ammenities of the pool, a private area to sunbathe, a balcony and a great upper level game room! The beach area that this unit is on is a no drive beach. It is great to not worry about cars traveling along the beach while our kids play in the ocean!

We love the pool and the beautiful patio that is right off the ocean equipped with lounge chairs and tables. One of our favorite things to do is to sip our coffee on the balcony and just look out at the ocean and look for dolphins. You can't miss them - they will be playing and jumping in the waves.
