  Place was exactly as described in the listing. Clean and modern condo, well looked after, spacious for the three of us, all of the utensils, gadgets and appliances of home and then some, everything worked including the heat. Owner was attentive without being intrusive. Location is good, right on beach, walking distance(~30 mins) or quick trolley for groceries. Really enjoyed our stay there and recommend it to others.

  My family of four, with 2 kids (daughter 2.5 yrs and son 8 weeks) recently stayed at this beautiful place. The location is perfect - just steps from the beach, and the pool right at your feet. The unit and entire development is clean with a high-end quality feel throughout. There simply wasn't anything that was below expectation, and it felt like home within hours of arriving. Absolutely no complaints and it set the tone for one of the best family getaways we've had. I highly recommend it and hope to return sooner rather than later. The extra bonus is that the owner is an absolute pleasure to speak with and more accommodating than some of the best hotels. She adds a personal touch to it that is refreshing and wonderfully pleasant, making the visit stress free right away and through till the end. A friendly reminder of how great it is to deal with nice and thoughtful people.

  We just got back from the most fabulous vacation on Anna Maria Island. The condo is beautiful, clean, spacious, and has all the amenities you would need including a nicely stocked kitchen with utensils/dishes; a washer/dryer right in the unit; linens including beach towels are provided; and there is a storage unit with many beach toys/chairs/floaties for use. The pictures of the condo are exactly what the unit looks like. The owner is very much available and responsive to any questions or concerns. The condo complex is very well maintained and clean. The parking areas and walkways are all very well lit. It is just a very short walk down the stairs from the condo and you are on the beach. There is a lot to do on Anna Maria for people of all ages - the beach and all the water activities you can think of; shopping; restaurants; and best of all - relaxing! We felt very much at home and quite comfortable in the condo. I would highly recommend this condo unit to anyone. We are already thinking of our next vacation to Anna Maria Island, and we will rent again from Sue.

  My husband and I, along with another couple stayed here in October. The bedrooms were large with ample storage and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with anything you might need for eating meals in. The condo was large and very nicely decorated. The complex was beautifully maintained, and we loved being right on the beach, with a pool and hot tub. It was a lovely stay, and we would stay there again and recommend it to friends. The sunsets were beautiful!

  We were among 4 adults and one small child staying on Anna Maria for a wedding. When we first walked into the condo, our moths dropped! It was so spacious, and the living room layout invited us to get right out onto the patio where we couldn't believe our senses! You could hear the ocean, see and smell the beach, and the glisten of the quiet community pool and hot tub below felt so inviting! We had arrived in paradise - king beds, walk in closets, private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, entertainment centre and all! We all enjoyed the amazing sunset from the balcony (little one in toe) and couldn't believe our luck at such a great location. The balcony railings were perfectly safe such that we could relax and enjoy the view with the youngen around. We then enjoyed the hot tub and a glass of wine while the neighboring residents were warm and welcoming. A five min drive or what may have only been a 15 min walk took us the the islands small selection of nightlife venues. The following day we enjoyed the beautiful clean and warm sunny beach! Oops! Needed a topup on the mimosa, no fear, less than a min and you were back at your fridge! What a fantastic, memorable, must-return trip!!!!!

  My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Anna Maria while we stayed at this condo. The condo felt well-kept and clean and had everything available that we could need. The condo complex was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the beach and pool almost every day. The beach had a nice family feel and the ocean was so clear. The pool and hot tub were very nice and were thoroughly enjoyed by my daughter! The beach and sidewalks around the complex were perfect for morning walks and runs. The condo was also right off of the free trolley line making it easy to get anywhere on the island. We highly recommend this rental property!
