  This was a perfect house for our family's spring vacation. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed from bicycles and beach chairs to a well-equipped kitchen. We loved the open kitchen and living area, the pool and hot tub, and the spacious bedrooms and baths. Our teen daughter brought a friend and the girls loved riding the free trolley to the town beach. My husband and I preferred to walk to the local beach, just 2 blocks away. We recommend this property and hope to return again!

  Sorry for the lateness with the review. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as advertized. The owner (Nedra) was very helpful, readily available and easy to deal with...The property is very clean and well maintained...The property is within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants (Old Hamburg, German) and shopping...This was our first time in Florida. Have been to Arizona a number of times but its the ocean that we like, so much so, that we have booked this same property again for next year...Anna Maria Island is such beautiful area!

  The home was more than we expected! The furnishings were lovely and the beds were oh-so comfortable with soft sheets and cushy pillows. I meant to look at the pillow brand so I could order some for my bed at home! The bunk beds were great for the kids. The homeowner has really thought of everything which makes packing easy! She has beach towels, beach chairs, toys, bikes with locks etc. The kitchen was amazing with granite countertops and really nice quality pots, dishes, silverwear etc. She even has fancy pretty-smelling hand soaps in every bathroom. I really appreciated that the house had a washer and dryer I could use....and I used it frequently! With four kiddos I would have been at the laundromat every other day at the rate they were going through clothes. All the owner asks is that you replace whatever products you use (laundry soap, paper towels, etc), and I thought that seemed more than fair! The property itself is on a fairly quiet street and only two blocks or so from public access to the beach. We used the hot tub a lot, and would have liked to used to the pool, but it was just a bit too chilly for those of us 10 years and older. I guess my only complaint would be that the pool wasn't heated and there wasn't any mention of that. Overall, we were very impressed with the house and the quality of everything in it! I would be happy to suggest it to a friend looking for a rental on Anna Maria Island.

  The Tommy Bahama beach house paradise was everything as described and so much more. The lush landscaping and the impeccable amenities left nothing to be desired. The location was perfect, a short walk or drive to shops, restaurants and beach. We enjoyed the Sand Dollar for shopping, and had great meals and service at the Havana Cabana and The Beach House Restaurant. I highly recommend this property, it exceeded our expectations in every way and anxiously look forward to another visit.

  I took my wife here for our 7 year anniversary. the place is unbelievable. The house is stunning and you can walk to the beach in 5 min. or ride a bike that they provide in 3.The water is so clear and nice. also many very romantic places to eat. i recommend this place over any other place i have been. hope this helps you make your final decision.

  We are a large family with 5 teens and we had a wonderful stay at this perfect house in Holmes Beach. There was everything you could possibly need at the house to make it a relaxing and stress free vacation. It was also spotlessly clean . The beds were huge and wonderfully comfortable ! There were plenty of towels in the bathroom as well as beach towels . We loved having the use of the bikes which we used daily for early morning bike rides and also to ride to the beach ( only the lazy ones! ) The pool was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us and the hot tub also .We found the house perfectly located on the island, within a short walk of some good restaurants and a stroll to the beautiful beach and beautifully furnished in keeping with the area . I can't recommend this rental highly enough . we hope to return !

  Hi Nedra, I just wanted to say thank you so much for providing such a great rental . We had a great time on Anna Maria and would love to return. The house was perfect for our large family and we were particularly grateful for the flat screen TVs in all the rooms which meant we could watch the Olympics that we missed back home . Watching TV is not normally part of our summer vacation but this year it was a welcome break from the heat which we are not at all used to! The pool was also really well used by us all daily . We spent a lot of time at the beach too so were so pleased that there were bikes and all the towels too. It was great that the house was so spotlessly clean too . We have stayed in plenty of rentals where this is not the case !

  It's been a long time since I wasn't anxious to get home to sleep in my own bed. This property is everything as advertised. It was clean and very well maintained. The kitchen is well equipt, we lacked for nothing. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and tranquil. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this property to all our friends.

  Possible one of the nicest vacations I have ever spent. The home was PERFECT, brand new, impeccably clean, awesome pool with elevator! My only regret was leaving. Did I mention walking distance to the beach??? I can’t wait to come back....

  Had a great time there is seriously everything you could want out of a vacation home here. The house has everything in it stainless steel appliances, huge flat panel TVs, elevator, pool and hot tub, bikes, and just a short walk from the beach. When you go make sure you’re at the beach for sun set it is amazing view. The water is so clear and a few days while I was there, there was no wave at all witch was perfect for taking my 18 month old out in. Defiantly the best vacation I've been on.
